*One lady driving her car was recently diagnosed with Covid 19. She said she struggled to breath due to a struggle in her lungs. I prayed for the Lord to touch her lungs. She was immediately relieved of the struggle to breath caused by Covid 19. This miracle was so fun to watch. She was visibly amazed at the works of God.

*One lady was healed of head pain caused by a knot thats been there for some time.

I accidentally lost many voice notes from my calendar today accidentally. These are the moments listed above that I remember / encounters of healing. Many more were prayed for ... Children with paralyzation in one side of the body. Another child with a disability I prayed for...

Many others touched by the presnece of the Lord.

My favorite thing about today was seeing our team flow together. Many other miracles were poured out among the use of our team. Seeing some of our team... former drug addicts, former possessed by the demonic now serving as CHAMPIONS FOR THE KINGDOM!!!

Convoy of Hope Food Distribution 6-11-20 in Winnsboro, La.

The food distribution in Winnsboro would see approximately 1500 people come through to receive food boxes and milk. We saw many touched by the power of the Holy Spirit after receiving their groceries, a Bible, and A Shelter in the Storm book filled with scriptures. The following are a few of the stories from the event: BACK PAIN of 23 years - A older African-American lady stepped out of her vehicle to test her back. She had no pain after getting out of her car and was pleasantly surprised to say the least. There was another occasion where the driver was touched who had knee and shoulder pain. We prayed for her and I then felt led to ask her to pray for her passenger, who also was in pain. She prayed for the passenger and the passenger was healed immediately of pain after the driver prayed for her. Then at the beginning of the event a young lady who was volunteering with us for the first time opened up to me that she had been bleeding due to urinary - kidney problems - and kidney stones needing to pass. I grabbed Brian Rogers to join me in prayer for the young volunteer. As soon as we prayed for her she went to the restroom. She came back in shock that she no longer had bleeding. At the end of the day she had passed all of her kidney stones with no complications. There were a number of other pain healings for back, knee and shoulder pain. On another occasion the person receiving prayer got out of their vehicle and walked around pain free to check for pain. Thankfully we saw many receive a touch from the Lord. Approximately 5 people came to Christ while driving through. Michael Clark spent a great deal of time with the truck driver that brought the food and ministered to him with great results.

Convoy of Hope Food Distribution 6-4-20 in Delhi, La.

While cars were filing out to leave many of our team were serving the poor giving food boxes, biblical materials, etc. Some in attendance on this day were Celeste Drost, Bonnie Brown, The Allums family, Michael Clark, The Bass family, J.T. Strong, Curtis Wilson, Andrew Dodson, Malcolm Dickerson and his grandson Caleb and Ms Flow Lively to name a few. Hannah Bass and myself started out together praying for folks in their vehicles before they would leave. I had a young mother and her daughter pull up. I asked the mother how we could pray for her. She said she had knee surgery scheduled for her knee. I asked her if she would like for us to pray for her. She replied yes. I then turned to Hannah and said pray for her knee. Hannah spoke and prayed a simple prayer of healing. Pain be gone, knee be healed in Jesus name along with a few other words. After Hannah prayed I asked the mother if she could feel a difference. She replied that she could. I then asked her to get out of the car and test her knee by walking on it. She did. When she began to walk she found that there was no pain in her knee and she began rejoicing in the Lord. Her daughter of about 5 or 6 years old then jumped out of her seat and ran around the car to hug my daughter Hannah giving her thanks for praying for her mother.

Before the day was over approximately 8 people prayed to receive Christ as Savior. One lady in particular wept under the conviction of the Holy Spirit. When I asked her if she had ever received Christ as Savior, she said that she had done so but that she needed to repent. That she had been living a life out of fellowship with the Lord. She sat in her car and wept tears of repentance. It was a beautiful sight to behold. Michael Clark and Aaron Sophia also teamed up and saw a lady receive healing from arthritic pain in the wrist of an individual. Beautiful times are unfolding in the midst of all the riots and chaos in the world. On this day we also took communion with our volunteers and this time was also a very powerful moment in the Holy Spirit.

On Thursday May 28 - A few highlights of our outreach in Lake Village Arkansas.  Through the Ministry Vehicle of Convoy of Hope - Michael Clark, Gary Lively, Andrew Dodson and myself spent the day in Arkansas yesterday helping set up to distribute food to over 300 cars that drove through the lines at a local high school there in Lake Village.

Many cars had multiple people In them so my best guess is that we served probably around 700 people perishable food yesterday along with Milk.

After the people received there groceries there were 4 lines formed and at the end of each line is where the Gospel was shared, people were prayed for, Bibles were handed out and a book called "Shelter in the Storm" was provided.  As always Curtis Wilson gave oversight and vision to this outreach.  The overseer of the event.  The one who has made relationship connections with many churches in the Delta for the past 20 years.

Gary Lively - Michael Clark - Andrew Dodson and I each offered prayers and shared the Gospel with the many families that drove through the lines.  In these car lines many were touched by the POWER and GLORY of our GOD.  One instance a lady shook under the power of God after being told JESUS.  In another instance a young 12 year old girl had never prayed for anyone.  As a matter of fact I was told that her family was not even in church.  A local volunteer asked us to pray for her family after the event.

What took place was so FUN to watch.  I think the 12 year old girls name was Lyrie.  She simply shadowed me toward the last hour of the event and I asked her... "Have you ever prayed for anyone?"  Do you know how to pray?"  She said she had just learned how to say a prayer to bless her food... God is Good God is Great prayer...

I'm thinking this is going to be really interesting to see when she begins seeing the Lord heal folks.  So she stuck by my side for the last portion of the prayer line.  After watching me pray for a few folks I was ready to throw her in the RIVER!!!  The prayer opportunity moment that changed her outlook on prayer was when an African American lady drove up to she and I.  I asked the lady if she had any prayer needs.  The lady said "YES".  I'm scheduled to have surgery on my left shoulder.  I'm in excruciating pain.  So I asked the lady if the young 12 year old girl could pray for her.  She said yes.  So I simply prompted the young girl to speak a very simple prayer ... "Shoulder be healed, Pain be gone in Jesus Name". I had the young girl place her hand on the shoulder while praying.

Once the child prayed for the adult lady I then proceeded to interview the lady.  Ma'am can you test your arm and see if your pain level is any better.  The lady began to move her shoulder in a circular motion.  SHE WAS IN SHOCK!!! She began telling us with excitement how ALL OF THE PAIN had left her shoulder.  SHE WAS IN DISBELIEF to say the least.

The most beautiful part of this story is that the young girl began taking over each new car that would drive up asking "Are you in pain?"  She was rocked.  She was literally running to the cars that would try to drive off and flag them down to make sure we prayed for them.  She later began praying for folks without me!!!

To say I was FILLED WITH JOY UNSPEAKABLE would be an understatement.  This day was marked with many stories like this one.  Many people were healed of pain and only Heaven will know the final outcome of the many prayers offered up yesterday.

Another lady according to Michael Clark had a hole in her wrist from an automobile accident.  She was healed of pain in her wrist.  Michael needs to REPLY ALL on this thread along with Gary Lively if they would like to share any of there own stories from the outreach.  I am aware of 6 people who prayed to receive Christ.  I had 2 people that were almost persuaded but rejected the gospel.  Please pray that they RECONSIDER JESUS!!!

On Thursday May 21 - I helped serve for another Convoy Food Distribution at Powerhouse Church of God in Christ in the Monroe area near Home Depot. I had a man drive through the distribution line in his truck. I recognized the truck and the man but boy did he seem different. He was shouting “HEY, HEY… YOU REMEMBER ME? I came by the last distribution looking for you.” He was excited. Fully Alive and FULL OF THE JOY OF THE LORD. You see this is a man I led to Christ who is likely in his 60’s. I don’t always get to see the people a month later that I lead to Christ. I believe the Lord was letting me know in his own special way to keep sowing the seed of Evangelism. Keep praying with the LOST - and watch them step out of darkness and spiritual death and into HIS MARVELOUS LIGHT AND LIFE. Below is the initial story of the man and how the Lord touched him back in April.

I was standing in the parking lot of our distribution point in the neighborhood near Home Depot.  A man probably in his 60’s drove into the parking lot to inquire about product.  I told him to arrive the next day and then proceeded to share Christ with him.  As I was going through the plan of Salvation – the part where Romans 10:13 says “Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved” – the profession portion – the man said I feel CHILLS – as I had begun speaking fervently to him about proclaiming Jesus as his Savior. He then said I feel HEAT.  These responses let me know this man was being rocked by the HOLY SPIRIT. LOCAL MISSION WORK following Tornados that hit Monroe Louisiana. Disaster Relief with Convoy of Hope

April 13-18

HIGHLIGHTS OF SERVICE THIS WEEK – We had three large 18 wheeler truckloads of items delivered from Missouri to Louisiana.

DAY 1

Michael Clark and I led a young man to Christ standing outside of his own house in the Monroe area near Home Depot.  He was standing outside and as I rolled up near his home, I called him over to the truck and began a conversation with him.  I felt compelled to witness the Hope we have in Christ to him.  After leading him to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ we looked to the right of us and there was a sign on the church that said “The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand’ in brief.

Later this same day as I was the leaving our distribution point a man and woman walking across the parking lot with a stroller stopped me as I was walking to my car.  I led them both to Christ.  Then I asked them if they were married and  they said they weren’t.  The man was the father of the toddler in the cart and was also the father of the baby in the womb of the mother.  I told them they should get married since they had now come to know Christ.

At BYERS APARTMENTS

Michael Clark and I ministered to a lady who had been crying outside of her apartment each day after the tornado.  The apartment complex executive team member – Mandy – asked if we would pray with her.   Michael and I met with her outside her home which had been destroyed by the storm and began to pray healing for her wounded/traumatized soul.  She was very receptive to our ministry of inner-healing.

(3 came to Christ on Day 1)

Day 2

(Michael and I) met a lady named Brandi over near the City of Faith area on Jackson Street.  I will let him share his story of all the Lord has done in our involvement with her.

Day 3

Councilman Kenny invited us over to a neighborhood near Wossman High School.  The first time we went to the distribution point we stumbled into a hornet’s nest.  There were about ten men drinking alcohol and just sitting around loitering by the area we would set up for a distribution point.  We had a few items to hand out but we were over run by men and women that were nearby.  We felt like those coming to get the product were just getting what they could get in order to maybe sell later.  We left discouraged from this encounter, but we each pressed in for prayer the next day.

Day 4. (1 Salvation)

We went back to this area of chaos to hand out product.  BUT… this day would be different.  I was awakened by the Lord at 5 A.M. the next morning and began interceding.  Michael Clark was awakened early as well, and drove by the location and prayed.  I also brought the book “Angel Armies” to the distribution site and I read and made about 25 declaration prayers with Michael, Curtis Wilson, and Councilman Kenny.  Curtis then began to shout out proclamations over the site and then we began to pray over councilman Kenny.  As we prayed over Kenny, I began to receive lightning strikes from Heaven – as if I had my hand in an electrical current.  I began to shake violently and this power /movement of Holy Spirit began to move into Kenny.  Kenny seemed to receive some great outpouring, impartation of boldness.  This was a beautiful moment.  Michael Clark moved Kenny forward as people began picking up much needed items.  Michael encouraged Kenny to pray with those who would receive product.  As Kenny kept praying for those walking by to pick up items, he prayed with such fervency it was a beautiful thing to behold.  The citizens in line in Monroe stood back in awe saying, “That’s councilman Kenny!”   We could see the shock on their faces.  Michael, Curtis and I all felt like God was doing much more in this moment than us just handing out product, but that MAYBE JUST MAYBE GOD was BIRTHING a new WINE SKIN CHURCH.  Here is a quote by John G. Lake that Curtis Wilson mentioned to me after we were each debriefing about the week:

“The lightnings of God went through me…” This is how John G. Lake almost always described the power of God that lived in him, moved through him, and utterly possessed him.

 https://themannapost.wordpress.com/2012/01/25/the-lightnings-thinking-like-john-g-lake/

We each prayed with many this day.  I led one young lady to receive Christ and afterward was able to bless her with a $20.00 bill given to me by Robert Lindsay to distribute to any I felt led to do so – Robert felt led to do this as a THANKSGIVING OFFERING to the Lord – Robert said, I nor any of my children were affected by the tornados.  I want to give a Thanksgiving offering unto the Lord.  I had given money from Robert to two other individuals.  One man in his 60’s said he had not been able to work since the Coronavirus and I felt led to give him $40.00 provided by pastor Robert.  He was very grateful to receive this blessing.  The other amount I gave was sown into Brandi – a young lady that Michael Clark met and I will allow him to share about her and why we felt led to sow generously into her.

Day 5 (14 Salvations – Souls came into the Kingdom by Michael Clark and I)

On this particular day, we changed how we were giving out the product and prayed with folks as they remained in their cars.  Some wept under conviction in their cars.  Some didn’t want to leave, but traffic had to keep moving.  Cars were lined up for blocks to received product.  Couples living together came to Christ – One of these couples had lived together for 40 years – James and Guinevere - (3 couples in total this week were led to Christ that were living together and then ADMONISHED TO GET MARRIED).  I offered to officiate their weddings if they could not find a minister to do so.  One young lady named Ashley – One of the first I led to Christ on this day – was on the phone with what sounded like a boyfriend.  I asked her if she could to get off the phone so that I could speak with her.  As soon as I began to speak to her concerning spiritual matters - tears started rolling down her cheek.  This continued the entire time I spoke to her and prayed with her.  I was able to share the gospel with her and lead her to Christ.  Looking back on each person I led to Christ on Saturday – I can’t always remember the name – but what I can remember is their eyes looking into mine after I would ask them – What good answer can you give Jesus – If you were standing before him and he were to say to you, “Why should I let you into Heaven”?  Many had Godly sorrow and were ready to receive Christ as their Lord and Savior.

THE HARVEST IS WHITE UNTO HARVEST.  Let’s get ready to build BARNS. Whether a physical structure to house this great harvest or to DISCIPLE mankind to become a barn to hold 10, 30, 50 or more new converts to disciple and help grow in the Lord.

HONDURAS MISSION TRIP 2020 - Pastor Training on “Grace Walk” by author Steve Mcvey.

Mission Trip notes supplemented by Dwayne Bell of Fort Smith, Arkansas; Kevin Nugent of Ruston, La. Mandy Brakefield of Rayville, La. and Gary Lively of Monroe, La.

WEDNESDAY January 15

Some of our team (David and Betsy Trapp, Tim Smith, Gary Lively, John McCormick, Mandy Brakefield and Kevin Nugent and myself Whit Bass) drove down to New Orleans Wednesday January 15. On our way there we stopped in to eat at Middendorfs.

While on my way out to leave I felt a strong impression to ask the young lady who welcomes and seats all guest if I could pray with her. Her name is Josie - prob 18 yrs old.

Josie agreed and told me I could pray for her in the area of relationships. After beginning to talk to her about this subject I told her to seek first the kingdom of God and all these things shall be added unto you.  While sharing that verse I felt prompted to go ahead and ask her if she had a relationship with Jesus Christ. She said she hadn’t been to church in a long time and that she did not in fact have a relationship with Jesus. I was able to share the gospel right there in the restaurant with her at the front entrance and lead her to Christ through prayer to invite Jesus into her life. She was very receptive to the GOSPEL this evening.

Please continue to pray for Josie and her new journey in Christ

FRIDAY January 17 - Morning after Arrival

Kevin Nugent and Gary Lively taught the Pastors and Church leaders from Morning til Night. They taught 4 sessions on the GRACE WALK study by Steve Mcvey to the pastors and church leaders. Approximately 50 were in attendance. Some of us went into town to get groceries for the cooking.

Our translator LAURA gave a testimony of GARY LIVELY. Laura said Gary’s illustration about being offended really spoke to her.  Gary recounted a conversation he had with pastor Robert Lindsay some time ago. Gary said he had been offended and needed some advice on how to deal with his offense. Gary said pastor Robert told him that “a dead man can’t be offended ....”  meaning Gary should be dead to his flesh.  This spoke VOLUMES to Laura.

KEVIN NUGENT PERSPECTIVE

We had a Friday night service at the mission house tabernacle where a lot of the pastors and their family members played instruments and sang songs of praise. It was a peaceful and serene time in the Lord. Pastor Dario asked us to share a word and I just spoke a short word on Jeremiah 29:11-14, seeking the Lord with all your heart. It is always a refreshing time in the Lord when we worship there.

SATURDAY January 18

A team of us: Kristi Lindsay, Tim Smith, Mandy Brakefield, Hannah Til, David and Betsy Trapp, translators Marilyn and Giovanni and myself (Whit Bass) were asked by Pastor Dario to visit a young man who had been injured and bedridden. We went to pray for his healing.

As we were leaving his bedroom Mandy Brakefield came to me and said I need you to help me share the gospel with these children. There were nine (9) children waiting to hear the gospel message. I asked the question of one young pre-teen probably about 12 years old to start off my sharing time; “if you could have one wish what would it be?” He answered, “I would like for my parents to take me to church.”  So I shared the gospel with these children and all 9 of the children prayed to receive Christ.

After leading these nine children to Christ we went to the young boys home who said his one wish was that his parents would take him to church. We were able to lead both of his parents to Christ as well as three other siblings. This was (13) individuals who came to Christ in one single village. The boys father opened up to me and said, how do I overcome temptation? I began to talk to him about walking in the power of the Holy Spirit and prayed for him to be able to overcome temptation by the resurrection power we’re to be endued and clothed with in Luke 24:49.

MANDY BRAKEFIELD PERSPECTIVE

We followed the young boy back to his home and he went in and got his mother and father and siblings all gathered around. As Whit started to speak to the family I saw what looked to be like a clear mirage moving to the family from Whit’s mouth fueled by the Holy Spirit. (I think what Mandy is trying to say here is that she could see prophetically the words of the gospel message penetrating this family).

(14) SALVATIONS + (1) at Middendorfs in New Orleans = (15)

AFTERNOON

Mandy Brakefield, John McCormick and Hannah Till encountered a man who came up to them in tears saying “I want to be saved” (1).  Turns out he had believed but turned away from God and was now selling alcohol from their home. After praying and many tears, he declared that their house would become a house of worship and prayer.

(16) SALVATIONS

SUNDAY January 19

We visited the village of Capucales.

While at this village we sang songs, gave toothbrushes and toothpaste away, and I (Whit) preached a simple message on how to pray and hear the voice of God through the Lord’s Prayer in Matthew 6.  One lady came in and requested prayer for her dungy fever to be healed. So I invited all in attendance that wanted to learn how to pray for the sick to come and join me. We prayed for each one of the children and young people and even some of the adults to have boldness to pray for the sick and that’s exactly what we did together for the lady requesting prayer.

Not too long after this Mandy and Hannah brought to my attention two young people that were living in a sinful sexual relationship with one another. I asked the young man if I could pray for them and let them know that the Lord loves them enough to show some of our team that they were living in sin. They were not interested in changing or turning from their sin. They did however let us pray for them to receive a desire to walk in obedience but no decision was made to make any changes.

SUNDAY NIGHT

Tonight we met at pastor Dario’s church for a worship service. The worship team was filled with young people and did an outstanding job leading us in worship. The young people have come so far in their musical talents. Dario asked our team if any of us wanted to preach. I had not prepared a message but the Lord gave me a passage of scripture of a message I had preached before. I felt I had to talk to the people about becoming a living stone and the Lord gave me pictures of the young people representing ARROWS in a quiver that were not meant to stay in the QUIVER. I gave a very strong word to the people and they responded very fervently.

KEVIN NUGENT PERSPECTIVE - The worship team was absolutely amazing! I was brought to tears many times during their leading of praise in music. There is no doubt there is an anointing from God on the entire group. Very powerful time in the Spirit for me. During Whit’s message he asked the congregation to stand and turn around all looking backwards. He then asked the church “Who are you bringing to Heaven with you?” This was a powerful point that spoke to me and many others as well including our translator and disciple, Kerlin who shared that with me the next day.

During the praying for people, Bro Gary Lively was as he always is, stern like an old oak tree constantly praying and covering the entire perimeter of people with a waving of the Holy Spirit. He is like a brick wall protecting the group from any outside interference and at the same time, locking in the power of the Holy Ghost over the people. I always love having my brother praying around me.

LAME SIBLING CARLOS STANDS AND TAKES STEPS.... BELIEVING CARLOS WILL SOON BE TOTALLY LAME FREE....

KEVIN NUGENT PERSPECTIVE - At the end of Whit’s message, he asked all those needing prayer for boldness in Christ or healing to come to the altar and our team began laying hands on what seemed to be around 20. I prayed with the Montoya family specifically Mama Montoya and Carlos. We have been pouring into this wonderful family for many years and have become very close to them all. The Spirit was heavy and the presence of God was almost overwhelming.

WHITS PERSPECTIVE

At the end of the service I noticed Marilyn and Giovanni‘s little brother Carlos has been crippled since I’ve known them. On this night he was not in his wheelchair. He was tugging on both mother and father as if to try and pull himself up at the end of the service to stand. So I walked up to him and began to pray for him. While doing so, others from our team joined me. David Trapp, Kevin Nugent and Mandy Brakefield as I recall. We prayed with Carlos’ parents and according to Carlos’ brother Giovanni - he told me that his mother said to him, “Carlos stood Up on his own accord.” Carlos then began taking steps as we guided and assisted him. He must have taken about 30 to 40 steps altogether. This moment was certainly a supernatural moment. Carlos’ parents nor his siblings had ever seen him do anything like this. The father was weeping with tears of joy after this monumental night. Please keep praying for Carlos to get stronger and become whole and healed completely in Jesus name. We hold fast to the passage of scripture - Philippians 1:6 for Carlos - He who began a good work in Carlos to bring it to completion...

MANDY BRAKEFIELDS PERSPECTIVE

I’ve seen Carolos several times in years past in a wheel chair not able to move with his legs in one position twisted. We would always lay hands on him and pray for him in times past. Tonight when I saw him I was standing in front of him right before he STOOD to take a step. I noticed jolts surging through Whit into Carlos and at the same time these jolts would take place there would be a big smile appear on Carlos face.  This happened more than once as Carlos was taking steps with all of us praying and standing assisting him.

GARY LIVELY PERSPECTIVE

I was pleasantly surprised to see Carlos sitting in a chair (not his wheelchair) during the service. It was a joyous time seeing him walk with assistance. Holy Spirit was moving mightily as Whit ministered and stirred the hunger of the Honduran people as well as the mission team.

MAN ON A MOTORCYCLE

A man on a motorcycle pulls into the gas station we stopped at on our way home after church. I was riding in the back of the truck with Gary Lively and I noticed the man kept making eye contact and being friendly towards me. I was standing beside Gary Lively and I told Gary, “I’m about to go lead this man to Christ”

So I get our translator Laura to assist me and we shared the Gospel with him. I asked him the question, “If you were standing before Jesus Christ and he were to say to you “why should I let you in to Heaven,” what would you tell him?”

He gave a works answer ... “I’m a good person.”  I was able to explain to him our need for a SAVIOR.  He professed Christ as his Savior soon after I shared the gospel. (1) = (17)

(16) SALVATIONS

MONDAY January 20

We visited the prison, the MAYORS office, and encountered a lady on a porch that had been foretold to me that would happen by Brian Rogers and then met with a family in need of a miracle at a alcohol distribution site.

PRISON - GRACE EXTENDED FROM A PRISON GUARD!!!

On our way to the prison I noticed that I forgot my ID, Passport copy, phone, everything except for my BIBLE. The significance of this is that if you don’t have a passport copy with you “one is not allowed into the prison in Honduras. I had already accepted that I would have to stay outside the gates of the prison to keep watch on the vehicles while the others went inside to minister.

After arriving at the prison each one of our team checked in with passport / passport copies in hand and had their name called out to walk inside the gate. Talk about a “not so good” feeling to be left out...  I thought “Lord, I’m glad I belong to you” and that when that day comes when we stand before you my name will be called.... Well, out of the blue the guard asks our Honduran leader Pastor Dario if I would be joining the team to come inside. Dario explained to him that I had forgotten my ID and passport. The guard said “we all forget sometimes, it’s ok. let him in....” I was floored. This was the ultimate picture of GRACE. Our Pastor Training lessons this week has been on Grace. Once we were in the prison the prisoners were awaiting us singing and excited for us to arrive.

DWAYNE BELL PERSPECTIVE - The prison was different this year than in years past....

1. We didn’t get to walk thru the cells and prison yard as in former times but we were led around to the guards barracks and infirmary then thru the kitchen to the back corner of the prison where the prison chapel was located.

2. This year women inmates joined the men in chapel.

3. We were greeted and seated promptly and the service was turned over to pastor Dario and our mission team.

4. Giovanni opened his guitar case while the keyboard player (an inmate) turned his keyboard over to Kerlin. Lao also helped as these worship leaders led the inmates in praise and worship. (Approximately 60-70 we think). The worship was beautiful - powerful - anointed - unified - moving.

5.  First up to share was Kevin Nugent. Kevin shared his testimony and a GOSPEL message to the prisoners.  Kevin preached an anointed, powerful msg with Kerlin translating. Many prisoners interacted with Kevin during his sermon.  (16) prisoners responded to the GOSPEL message. What a beautiful sight. Kevin preached with a powerful anointing.

(33) SALVATIONS

6. Kerlin would share later at lunch that this was the first time he translated that he didn’t  feel like just the translator but that part of the time that he was preaching - proclaiming too the grace - Garcia of God, His love & worth of those listening especially the new sons of the King.

7. Whit gave a short powerful follow on to Kevin’s powerful msg...  Jesus SOZO = Saves - not only saved.  He followed that salvation experience with healing and deliverance.  (Whit’s account) - Then Dario called on me to share. I gave a single verse Ephesians 2:8. I explained the Full meaning of SALVATION = SAVE - HEAL - DELIVER. I called for all in need of healing to come for prayer. Then our team surrounded the inmates and we all prayed for them. I then called for any in need for deliverance to stand and raise their hands high. We then prayed for them to be free. It was a powerful picture.

8. Mandy was offered a chance to speak but was really interested in praying for the some. Present. An invitation was given and all the 7 women present quickly filed to the front where Mandy anointed them with oil and Hannah Til, Betsy Trapp, Christy and Marilyn were also laying hands and praying spirit led prophetic prayers over them all. It was amazing that without orchestrating they all had a private intimate time of ministry in the midst of the meeting. When that became apparent - pastor Dario started to address the men again about grace and the plans of restoration the Lord has in mind for them. It was a powerful, beautiful time of 2 meetings going on at once... in peace and in spirit directed order.  No one anxious. No one wanting anything but to experience the cloud of presence that was attendant from the first worship song.

9. WHITS PERSPECTIVE on Tim Smith - I then looked out into the crowd and said if any of our team had a word to come forward. Our trip leader TIM SMITH came forward to speak.  Tim shared his own story of the importance of FORGIVENESS. He explained that unforgiveness can keep us from having peace and how important it is. Tim explained that he had quite a struggle forgiving his son. So he prayed and asked Christ to bring his forgiveness thru him to his son. Basically that he could not forgive his son without help from Jesus Christ. Tim invited others to release others and to call on Jesus for help in forgiving.

DWAYNE BELLS PERSPECTIVE on Tim Smith - Bro Tim got up at last with a powerful and powerfully peacefully delivered word on forgiveness. Tim told just how the Spirit of God (Grace, Karis, Gracia) flowed thru him to help him forgive his son and how that was pronounced publicly at a church service; with the same spirits leading & power. And how each of the prisoners probably had something just like that in their lives that prayer, the spirit of God, Grace would help them with; and then to make amends or pronounce that forgiveness yay the appropriate time. This word was a beautiful, excellent and timely word.

10. Kevin - Dwayne Bell - Kevin gave an invitation for salvation and I really think 90%  of the prisoners left their benches and crowded the front where the team moved around them anointing them with oil and praying for them.

11. After Whit spoke he offered an invitation for those who had need  of healing or deliverance by Jesus. About the same number as before flooded to the front and the team prayed for them individually again. The power of God was felt - strong - peaceful - expectant - loving - hopeful- a sense of joy that God near. The lasted the whole service until Tim finished, the women had been prayed over and it was time for the team to head to the Mayors office for a 12 noon appointment.

12. Our team filed out amidst the prisoners shaking hands, sharing smiles and some embraces. There was an unusual kind of love seemingly between our team and the prisoners.

13. I would be amiss if I didn’t report that 4-6 male prisoners left the meeting when Tim started talking about forgiveness (at least that’s my memory - could have been when Whit talked grace?  It’s my prayer that these men be restored and drawn back by the kindness of God to their good news of Immanuel - in Hebrew translates - with us is the MIGHTY ONE”.  Legalism came to my mind strongly & powerfully as we came - Whit getting into the prison not even have an ID / Passport!!! And it started raining ️ - a sign of Gods favor 8 blessing & that our prayers would all be answered and then some - Ephesians 3:20.

MAYORS OFFICE: WHITS PERSPECTIVE

Our team was given the opportunity to pray with the Mayor of Olanchito.  We spoke words of blessing to the mayor. Kevin Nugent read Psalm 37 to the mayor after I was invited to pray over the mayor.  Then Kerling asked me to speak to the news media and I was able to share why we had come to Olanchito and I told the news anchor I had come to train pastors. I also told the anchor that Jesus stands waiting to receive anyone who comes to HIM. Doesn’t matter what they have done or where they have been.

DWAYNE BELLS PERSPECTIVE - We Drove then walked thru the rain to meet the Mayor of Olanchito at his invitation. Even though he & pastor Dario are friends, this is the first time I know of a team being invited to pray for him. The mayor was a very large, pleasant, gracious man. We were led to his impressive office with a great wooden table and many large comfortable chairs. He joined us. Pastor Dario made some remarks about their friendship, the mayors desire for prayer & good will toward the church in Olanchito.  Pastor Whit prayed a good anointed prayer over the mayor while he stood and others of us praying in agreement.

Giovanni and Marilyn played and sang “RECKLESS LOVE” - twas beautiful and anointed. I know the mayor must have been proud and maybe surprised at these talented young worshippers of God from his city. Then Kevin Nugent read a rather long passage of scripture Psalm 37 that he said he reads as a prayer over the president of the U, S. It was powerful and certainly set a tone for what the Lord does and will do with righteous and unrighteous teachers and peoples. Then it was time for the mayor to head to his next meeting.  Friendly and honoring good byes were exchanged. The team then headed out in the light rain to our trucks then to lunch.

HONDURAN RESTAURANT

WHITS PERSPECTIVE

As we pulled up to the Restaurant I noticed a lady tucked away to the side of the street sitting on her front porch. She was diabetic. A few of my team members joined me to pray for her healing (Dwayne Bell, Kevin Nugent and my translator Kerlin). As we completed our prayer she had streams of tears flowing down her face.

I felt led to ask our waitress if we could pray for her. She agreed but wanted us to wait til we would leave. As it turned out our translator Kerlin said he was up to praying for her. He spoke a prayer of blessing over the waitress.

Because of this another employee came forward and asked for prayer. So I asked Kristi Lindsay if she would pray for her and she prayed a prayer of blessing over the lady. She was greatly encouraged by Kristy’s bold prayer.

Leaving the Restaurant the same lady walked over to the fence where we could see her. She was glowing and beaming. She told our translator that when we had placed our hand on her and prayed for her that she felt a feeling of electricity flow through her body. She told us she felt much better after our prayers.

PROPHECY GIVEN TO ME BEFORE I LEFT AMERICA BY BRIAN ROGERS - I believe it fits the lady ABOVE on the FRONT PORCH

BRIAN ROGERS = I saw an older lady with wrinkles on her face, white hair, on a porch...to her it seems like life is over but he will proclaim new life and restoration and it will illuminate light in the whole area

DWAYNES PERSPECTIVE OF RESTAURANT AND LADY ON PORCH - We ate lunch at a beautiful, traditional Honduran Restaurant - Mrs Doras favorite.

Upon driving up, Whit noticed a woman on the front porch of her home across from the Restaurant sitting in her chair almost hidden. He grabbed Kerlin (translator) to interpret and headed toward her, following a leading of the Lord to pray for her. Kevin and I followed (Dwayne) and soon we were praying for her as she quietly wept with thanksgiving and joy. She had recently been diagnosed with diabetes. She was a cradle catholic , but had met friends who loved her and told her more about the Bible and God. She had a scripture verse above her door Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.  It was a powerful, moving and sweet encounter. When we left the Restaurant she waved at me from inside her home and I smiled big and waved back. Shortly thereafter Whit headed to her again as she had come out on the porch. He hugged her good bye as did Kerlin (Heart warming).

These impressions followed by obedience - examples of grace, Kharis, Immanuel - that Whit demonstrated over and over on the trip had a beautiful impact on Kerlin, Laura, and other Hondurans who Whit encouraged to do the same and allowed them to pray for some of those pointed out by the Lord to him.

For instance our waitress in the Restraunt, was a lovely middle age woman and Whit asked her thru Kerlin if she’d like us to pray for her when we were leaving (she was busy taking our orders at that moment)  She said yes..  Whit asked “what will we pray for?”

That I can make the payments on my house. When we were leaving Kerlin made a bee line  for her as some of us followed to add our prayer support. But it was him who prayed from his heart.

WHITS PERSPECTIVE HERE - After Kerlin prayed for the waitress the Restaurant owner came out for prayer. I (Whit) asked Kristi Lindsay if she would like to pray for the owners request. This was Kristi’s response. “I prayed for her business to prosper and people to feel the presence of God when they come in and would be drawn there. I prayed for her ladies that worked there and her health.”

DWAYNE BELL PERSPECTIVE - Did I mention Giovanni and Kerlin brought the guitar inside the restaurant and played and sang two or three beautiful worship songs toward the end of our meal. Of course the team loved it, and I think the other diners did too. I noticed the T-shirt of a young Middle Ages guy that left after finishing their meal whose shirt read “Drinks well with others”. ‘‘Twas in English so ???? Who knows if it says anything about him, but I thought it funny and noteworthy.

FAMILY of the TIGRE ALCOHOL BUSINESS

DWAYNES PERSPECTIVE

Speaking of drinking?  Our next place of prayer was a liquor store in Olanchito where pastor Dario knew an elderly woman whose son was very sick in the hospital and was into witchcraft.  We went into the warehouse next to the liquor store and prayed for the moms son Edward Jr. and his mom. Our translator Laura prayed first for the woman and I had made eye contact with her that had sort of melted both of us unexpectedly. She had been very stoic solemn, even sad looking until then, even though asking or agreeing that we pray for her son & husband and then Dario said “that this warehouse be used as a Kingdom place of worship and safety. I felt led to pray that the Lord give her HOPE that things could be different, and that He give her joy and “GRACE”. With the team praying with me as they had with Laura & with Laura translating for me.

Then we went next door to the home of the grandmother who was elderly and weak and who said, I almost died 7 times.”  She had beautiful piercing eyes, charming and dignity & faith in God.

Hannah Til prayed for her with Laura translating. A beautiful heartfelt prayer. She looked up strengthened and amazed a bit. Then Mandy Brakefield prayed for her and against a spirit of death among other things.

At that point shortly after praying, I had my hand on Betsy’s back who had her hands on the lady, and a strong jolt of something like electricity hit the lady and then came back thru Betsy and up my arm to my body. It didn’t hurt but I felt it very strongly and definitely. At the same time I was feeling it - Whit off to my left with his hands on Mandy jumped back a bit.

The praying continued. Then some songs were sang in worship of the mighty one. The lady sang them softly but with wide eyed amazement. I think that 11 Americans were in her small living room praying for her and worshipping with her led by a Honduran pastor - a (Holy man) and four spirit charged, beautiful, Honduran young people. It was a beautiful sight and event.

May the Lord do what seems best to him. The grandmother of course was very worried about her son. We committed all this with many and various prayers to the Lord. (GRACE, GRACIA, KHARIS).

WHITS PERSPECTIVE AT TIGRES.

There was a man who was in the hospital due to sickness. We all went and prayed for his son, the wife, and the mother - for healing. Many of our team prayed - Hannah Til, Mandy Brakefield, Betsy Trapp, and Laura (translator).

I was drawn to share the gospel with a man behind the counter at the liquor store who seemed uninterested in the gospel - stoic. I was propelled to tell him we came to give him life. Kerlin translated for me and we led him to receive Christ as his Savior. I expected him to put up more resistance but like everyone so far I shared the gospel with he too would receive easily.

LOCAL MISSION WORK ON SOUTH SIDE MONROE WITH LOCAL CHURCH OCTOBER 12, 2019

Thursday I was privileged to lead a former atheist to Christ on his death bed in Plantation Oaks Nursing Home. He had once turned me down. I went by and he was asleep. I couldn't budge him to wake. I spoke with the nurse station - I noticed he was to be turned in about an hour and 20 minutes. So I remained in the area. I came back at 2 pm. He was wide awake with two ladies that were there to visit that were excited to hear that I wanted to share Christ with the patient. He received Christ this day as Lord and Savior. It was an awesome sight to behold.

Below is a report of our outreach on South Side Monroe with Convoy of Hope. This time I had a few of our brothers and sisters from Covenant Life Fellowship helping me. Mike Clark, Mandy Brakefield, Bryan Ponsell and my family all joined in to serve this past Saturday. Below are the results and then some personal testimonies in addition to the stats below.

Prayer Tent Testimonies: Whit Bass

Some happenings in the prayer tent and connections area from the Monroe Convoy Outreach.

There were opportunities for our prayer team and connections team to grow in their praying for our guests. It was a beautiful sight to see young college age and 20 somethings ministering with boldness. There was some equipping that took place for a few occasions.

One man named Wilburt - African American man probably in his late 30's was very receptive to receiving prayer for his Kidney. As he walked through our area I asked him I we could pray for him. He said he had a Kidney that had already been shown to have a mass on it. That his pain level in his kidney area was about an 8 out of 10. I asked him if we could pray for his kidney. He agreed. At this point I encouraged others to gather around Wilburt. We all began to pray for Wilburt. He said he could feel a tangible difference after we prayed. He said, "Its gone. It's ALL GONE. I have no more pain in my kidney." As Wilburt remained in the TENT area he then began to help us pray for others. We prayed for some who had no hearing that were deaf. It was visible that the Lord was touching those who could not hear in some way. One person in particular who we prayed for said that her hearing improved slightly. We actually had some there who could sign for us which was helpful. Back to Wilburt, he continued to say, God is doing something in my Kidney. I can feel something happening in my kidney. (This was probably 20 minutes after we prayed for him the first time). The moment was a special one for us.

Hannah Bass

I believe the lord used me in a way that I didn’t feel qualified at first to be used. I have lately had a lot of emotional things go on in my life and just didn’t think I could do it.

LIE.

God qualifies the unqualified.

I was able to lead a young teen boy to Christ. I prayed and prophesied over many many kids and women coming in. One lady in particular I prayed for her to receive a fresh baptism of the Holy Spirit. Some other kids, I saw come inside. Four young kids. The lord said, “Go pray for my children.” So I prayed and prophesied over each child.

Another young girl that stood out was a girl by the name of Angel. My 11 year old sister Aaron-Sophia was able to play and talk with her about some difficulties going on in Angels life. She began opening up to Aaron Sophia and cried about her family struggles. Aaron Sophia brought her to me to pray for her because her mom was not in her life. Angel was already crying, so I prayed over her and prayed the love of Christ would flow through her. I just hugged her and let her cry on me. Afterwards a smile came on her face, and she was very joyful afterwards. I was able to really connect with her (ask her to teach me how to hit the woah A DANCE) she later called me her mama. Said I was like a mama to her.

I prayed for many families that came in. Prophesied, prayed for kidney/leg/healings. Also a Christian-Based ULM group CHI ALPHA came and I was even able to demonstrate to them, and show them how to pray for folks to get healed or saved. One sweet girl named Asia really stood out to me and began to put it in practice. She was hungry for what God was doing.

Michelle Bass

Mike Clark and I prayed for two women specifically...one had a headache and the headache went away...the other lady had a severe skin issue that looked awful...the doctors didn’t know what it was and severely itched. Later on (even though rash and spots did not go away—she said she wasn’t itching. I pray God totally heal her in the days to come

Michael Clark

We prayed for a lady who had bad pains in her left side. After prayer she said the pain was gone.

One lady at first did not want us to pray for her but after assuring her of how much Jesus loves her she began to weep, confessing and sharing about some private health issues. After praying for her she said she felt the weight of her problem lift off and she was feeling much better. She wanted to get connected with the host church and restore her relationship with Jesus.

Towards the end of the event several volunteers who watched God move asked if we would pray for them for a multitude of requests. Every one who asked got touched by Holy Spirit and multiple prayers were answered. Marriage's were being strengthened, Gods calling was made very evident through many confirmations, relationships were restored, many wanted to restore their church attending and many on the church staff were encouraged in their service to our Fathers work.

BELARUS TRIP SEPTEMBER 2019 ON MISSION AT MINSK, GOMEL AND BREST,

Day 1 Travels and arrival in Belarus

On the plane I had two opportunities to pray with two different people. The first person I prayed with was on the flight to Rome, Italy from Atlanta. The young man has a Catholic background and allowed me to anoint him with oil and pray with him for his health conditions.

The next opportunity I had to pray was with a young man from Belarus and his wife that sat beside me on the flight from Rome, Italy to Belarus. I was able to share with this young man about the gospel and he was glad to see that Americans were coming to his country to see how beautiful their country is. I shared with him about the John Eldredge APP (Ransomed Heart) and the prayers that are located in the app and gave him my ministry contact card.

Upon arriving in Belarus the temperature was significantly cooler, and gave a us a much needed reprieve from the heat in Louisiana. The country is beautiful! It reminds me of other countries in Europe like Germany that are clean and more developed. Belarus is the second largest population of Jewish people outside of Israel that live in a country. Our first assignment was to visit a ranch in Minsk, Belarus where children who have disabilities and fostered can come and receive therapy by horses. The man sharing about this ministry’s name was Nikolai.Nikolai shared one story about a child that is being fostered that is an orphan. The boy is about 4 years of age and has to have a loaf of bread to hold at night in order to sleep.

The trip leader Andrew’s wife Ina (pronounced EENA) and I were able to find the young fella and pray over him last night. I am believing and praying for the miracle of healing of fear and healing of trauma from suffering of not having enough food at some point in his life.

There were numerous foster families that showed up at the ranch to meet us. Each foster family would stand up and share about their foster family where we were meeting. Each family would foster between 6 to 9 children. There are approximately 33,000 orphans in the country of Belarus and the Byelorussian mission that we are helping helps these foster families to financially be able to give care to these children. It’s a true financial struggle to give care to foster children and in some cases in addition to their own biological family.

Later in the evening the adults went to a separate location while the children stayed behind where we were currently gathering. Michelle and I chose to stay behind with the children. Ina asked me to share an encouraging word to the children. I felt like the Lord wanted me to speak to each child one by one and give a prophetic - LIFE GIVING encouraging word over their life. Once I started doing this it took quite some time because there were 35 children ranging from early childhood to older teenagers. I invited Michelle (my wife) to join me and she and I alternated speaking life into the children. Each child would receive a word of love and encouragement from the leading of the Lord specifically to what they needed to hear. One teenage girl sat there and wept as we spoke life into her. That one moment was worth our trip to Belarus.

Please continue to pray that we are receptive to hear Gods voice and leading each day and that we will be spirit led. Ina recognized that we were being led by the Holy Spirit.

DAY 2

The earlier portion of the 2nd day we spent going to the library in Minsk to learn about the history of the first Bible that was translated in Belarus near the time of Martin Luther. The country had what was known as a period of time as the golden years where things were prosperous and receptive to the Bible.

After visiting the library, we also went to a location known as “the pit”. At this location approximately 5000 Jews were murdered during the World War II era under the control of Adolf Hitler. I prayed for the ground to be cleansed and healed and all curses removed as a result of the atrocities that had taken place where we were standing. There was a very strong sense of heaviness I felt standing on the ground but I’m in belief for healing and for the ground to be consecrated by the power of Christ.

Later on, in the day we were given the opportunity to visit a local high school in Minsk, Belarus. My wife Michelle and I along with Lee Williams spoke to 11th graders about American culture. While speaking to them about America and Belarus and the differences between the two countries, we were allowed to share highlights of our faith in Christ. We were all shocked when the teacher began to ask us questions about the differences between orthodox churches and protestant churches which gave us an opportunity to share more about our faith in Christ.

The biggest shock came at the end when the teacher turned to us and said would you pray for our children for their futures and for our country. So, Lee and myself were able to voice a prayer over the teacher and the children in the classroom. The teacher was so moved by our being there that she contacted her daughter who is also a teacher at the IT work place in Minsk, Belarus and we are going to go and speak to her class today and hopefully get to do the same thing we did yesterday. Please Pray that SEEDS and LEGACY gets planted in this generation of Minsk students.

DAY 3

Today we went to minister at an I T programming school with young 20 something professionals. Upon arrival our trip leader Andrew and I visited with the front desk man. Andrew offered him a Bible and their native language and the worker proceeded to tell Andrew he had already read the Bible and was not interested in the Bible he was trying to give him. After observing the man being very stoic (the people of Belarus are very stoic and don’t show a lot of emotion). I felt compelled to pray for that man. I asked Andrew to see if he would allow me to pray for him. The man agreed and I stuck my hand out as if to shake the man’s hand and he held my hand while I prayed for him. As I prayed something happened, because the man then chose to receive a copy of the Bible from Andrew and offered to take an extra to give away. And seem to warm up after that prayer time. Andrew said he could see a countenance change while I prayed.

In the classroom - We were able to partner up with 2 to 3 young professionals per team. I was able to share my faith with two young men. One young man by the name of Dema what especially interested and what I had to say. He asked really good questions like “explain the difference between belief and faith; explain what faith you practice orthodox or Catholic? And I explained about what a Protestant faith is like. Also I shared with him in regards to faith about the story of Peter walking on water with Jesus until he looked down at his circumstances and then began to sink. I explained to the two young men their faith is also spelled R I S K. I shared about my daughter Hannah’s conversion and hell her encounter with Jesus was very radical. I was able to pray with both young men before they left and I also shared with them the APP by John Eldredge, called Ransomed Heart and pointed out A PRAYER “how to pray to receive Christ” should they like to do that. I also gave them each a Bible to read in their own language.

After taking part with the IT young professionals we went to a WWII Museum explaining the atrocities that took place in Minsk. 2.37 million people were killed in Belarus during the war. About 800,000 citizens of Belarus were taken into war camps, but usually Jews were automatically killed.

Wednesday September 18, 2019

DAY 4

We traveled from Minsk - a city of approximately 2.5 million people to Gomel a city of 400,000 people. It is only 1 hour from Chernobyl when the nuclear crisis took place in the 1990s. It was affected greatly.

On our way to Gomel, we stopped at a midway point and stayed at the Bylerussian Mission house. While staying at the Mission house we got to meet our trip leader – Andrew’s father PETER shared his testimony. Andrews father PETER was a Christian during the timeframe when it was illegal to practice your faith in Belarus before the 1990’s. He was watched very closely by the KGB and went through much persecution. Even his conversion story was supernatural - he shared how God spoke to him audibly when he receive Christ to be his Lord and Savior. After Peter shared his story of boldness and bravery and persecution I asked him to pray over all of us that we would walk in the same boldness that he walked in. One of the ways he was persecuted was that his wages were cut so low that his family literally went without food because of Peter standing for his faith.

Our first stop in Gomel would be to a GYMNASIUM SCHOOL. These schools are more specialized in their studies and the students we met with and sat around the table to visit with were eighth grade students. They study much English in this school, and so our role was to allow them to practice their language. While doing this I was able to share about Hannah’s attempting suicide and going through difficult times before discovering Christ to be her Lord and Savior. The school was very hospitable as we walked into the school foyer there was a group of about 10 students singing to greet us. We were then presented with a loaf of bread and a cup of salt for prosperity and a tradition of being welcomed into their country.

Our second endeavor was going to a men’s addiction rehab house. There is only one men’s recovery center in the whole city of Gomel. We were very limited on our time but the 6-8 men were very grateful and receptive to our sharing from the Bible and testimonies. The culture here is very stoic and expressionless especially for adults. So that’s a little bit different for us to get accustomed too.

3rd stop

For our third stop we had the opportunity to minister to orphans and foster parents. This time I wanted to speak to the FOSTER parents before I ministered to the orphan children. I had been told that many of these parents were not followers of Jesus Christ. So we were meeting with about 20 different parents of the children and listening to each of their stories about the difficulty raising their children. Some were very difficult and heavy as they shared about their difficult circumstances. You could feel the heaviness and the hopelessness in the room.

Our trip leader Andrews’s wife Ina turned to me when it was time to transition and said what can you say to give these people hope? I said before I even heard any of their stories I already knew what the Lord had put on my heart to tell them. They can’t love these children and help them until they have first received the love of Christ themselves. I briefly shared the gospel with all of the adults and had a response to receive Christ - 16 adult stood immediately to receive Christ; however Ina told me that 11 were first time decisions out of the 16. The Lord began to move powerfully for the next hour after they received Christ. Other leaders would share and speak. Michelle would later be able to relate to the women struggling with sadness and depression and hopelessness and the women were moved with compassion and Michelle and I both were able to pray with them and even some of their children that were really struggling with different issues sicknesses, mental disabilities, emotional trauma and sexual abuse. One mother Michelle and I spoke life and hope into her and her daughter was moved to tears as we prayed for emotional healing for both of them. We prayed for three mothers and all were moved as we prayed for three different families.

I also had the opportunity again to prophetically speak into the lives of the children and teenagers (FOSTER CHILDREN) that were downstairs. Rather than speak to each child individually one by one this time I chose to speak to the group all at once. But as I would speak I would stop and look at different ones that were really keying in and following me. I would speak life and hope into them and some I would see immediate countenance changes as I would tell them the love of Christ of how much Christ loved them, how much they meant to Christ, how much their life mattered and had value and purpose. One young teenage girl’s face went from a long :-( to a smile within one minute of me speaking life into her. This night would be a very special night.

Thursday September 19, 2019

Day 5

On this day I would join 3 other men in receiving the honor to speak at a University of 10,000 students in Belarus. The men I would join to speak were Johnny B Hoychik, Rayland Trisler from Rayville and pastor Jason from New Roads Baptist Church. I would go last in the order, which meant I only had 7 minutes to speak in total. So I spent a good portion of my time sharing about how to know what Love looks like. I walked up to the top row during my talk. I asked a young lady to stand that had been on her phone for most of the lecture. She stood and I began to prophesy to her and “encourage” her with words of encouragement.

“You matter, you are valued, you have meaning, and you have purpose.” There was a shift in her and in the room. I mentioned how Mother Teresa left her convent of safety to go into the streets of Calcutta and rescue the hungry and dying while relating this to Hospice - what I do as a profession I’m the U. S. I then shared how as a “Work Life Coach” with 2 companies - that I deal with many broken people. I told the crowd that many people I have helped who have a drug addition have been sexually abused earlier in their life at some point along the way. This led me to talk about the importance of forgiveness. The students were so HUNGRY for truth and for help. When I was done speaking the students began asking question after question to our panel and some were not easy. Our panel each jumped in to answer as best we could with the disadvantage of being limited to how much we could share related to Christ. We had a flood of students charge the front for Bibles and wanted us to sign their newly given Bibles we gave - answer questions - and even pray with some. (I was told by “Ina” (Trip leaders wife) that she had never seen a response like the one we saw that day in the University - No visiting group of speakers had ever prayed with students and even a faculty member came for prayer. One young lady stood with “Ina” and I and struggled to forgive someone who had hurt her deeply - then streams of tears flowed down her cheeks. It was TRULY A GOD MOMENT - to sense and feel the hunger in this city. I will never forget!!!

The remaining trip may be limited as to how much we get to minister since it will be a pastor conference in Brest, Belarus. I’m not sure what my role will be as we just traveled 8 hours last night. Please pray that the seeds of REVIVAL we are planting will take root and that the MISSION and FACULTY will be covered under HIS WINGS OF PROTECTION” PSALMS 91.

Friday and Saturday September 20 - 21

DAY 6 and DAY 7 REPORT

Day 6 Morning was spent getting to know the culture of Brest. A very rich heritage of Christ before Russia took over. In 1563 Brest had their own Bible translation from the original Hebrew and Greek language. I never knew other counties translated the Bible in any other language other than Latin before the King James Bible. Later on in the evening we visited a church of young 20 something age range primarily at a church called PURE HEART CHURCH. Michele and I stood to give a 5 minute testimony. After the congregation heard our testimony we were asked to share our full testimony of Hannah and our ministry on Sunday morning. While at this church “PURE HEART” I had a strong unction to encourage and prophesy into a young family that adopted two older teen boys. One of the two boys recently lost his mother and was dealing with emotional pain and grief. I told the Father and mother that they were building LEGACY into their GENERATIONAL LINE and that after the father passed on that these two boys would continue living their life to carry on HIS LEGACY. I referred to the boys as arrows in their quiver. I then placed my hand on each of the boy’s chest and began to speak life into them. The mother had steams of tears rolling down her face as I spoke into their lives as a family. This was a very powerful moment for Michelle and I and the family.

Saturday September 21, 2019

DAY 7 PASTOR CONFERENCE

Day 7 at the Pastor Conference took place ALL DAY and into the night. (Approximately 12 hours).

Michelle spoke to the Pastors wives on the subject of resting and spending time at Jesus feet – MARY and MARTHA passage and I received a great report of how well she spoke to them and encouraged them. Someone was at the church we visited Friday and asked her to expound on Hannah’s testimony and Michelle got to talk about our journey and miracle of Hannah. The ladies were really moved by Hannah’s story. Our friend Lee from FBC Rayville visited a rehab and boy I missed out on this one. It was a last minute invite he received. He said that as he was sharing with the men that the Belarus language they were praying in changed to what sounded like an unknown tongue. He said the POWER of the HOLY SPIRIT came in from behind the men and then began to rise among the men. Lee said he’s never seen a move of God corporately like he experienced with these men!!!

DAY 8 REPORT IN BREST, BELARUS

Michelle and I were able to share our testimony with a young congregation (Average age 25) in Brest, Belarus on Sunday morning. The congregation and leadership received our testimony of our family journey with enthusiasm. The leadership took us and a few other leaders out to eat for lunch afterwards at the best Sushi restaurant in the area. The primary translator PASHA and his Pastor extended an invitation to Michelle and I to lead a FAMILY CAMP for a week in the summer of 2020 in Brest, Belarus while PASHA also extended a camp opportunity for Hannah to join a team from Baton Rouge next summer to assist and join the worship team and sing in English for a camp called “LINGO” camp. At this camp 1 out of every 2 participants will be un churched. We have much to pray about leading into 2020 in the area of MISSIONS. Please partner and pray with us concerning these opportunities and decisions to come. Thank You to all who prayed for us while we were in Belarus. We will never be the same. REVIVAL looms and awaits the people in the country of Belarus.

SHORT REPORT FROM WHIT

We had a wonderful day in GREENVILLE, MISSISSIPPI! I saw GOD— THE HOLY SPIRIT manifest HIMSELF to two African American ladies as they came to through the prayer tent early. One of these ladies received Christ. In the words of Pastor Daryl Evans from the Greenville area he said… “she melted under the presence of God”. I walked over to pray with her friend that had already been prayed for by one of our volunteers, because I felt the Holy Spirit wasn’t done ministering to her. I was right! As I prayed with her, she melted also = she wept in HIS PRESENCE. God was so faithful to minister to these women in the exact way they needed him to in that moment. The second lady went to get her daughter and then her grand daughter was also there with her. I was privileged to pray with three generations in that one moment. I am grateful to have obeyed the leading of the Holy Spirit as I saw on two different occasions two young teen age individuals walk through the tent and no one ever caught up with them. I literally followed them all the way to the grocery truck. The mother of the daughter misunderstood what I was doing. I think she may have felt that I was walking over to correct them or to fuss at them. But what I told her was… “Ma’am I have to obey the Holy Spirit. He has highlighted your daughter to me. Sure enough I led her daughter to Christ, as I did a young teen boy who almost escaped without having been prayed for. I walked the young lady to her mothers car to share with her what decision she made and she said I’ve never been baptized either. So we are hopeful that both will get baptized and that we can host a community baptism service.

SIX people prayed to receive Christ today at the GREENVILLE EVENT. There were also more healings of pain in shoulder, back, leg, hip, etc. A local pastor, Daryl Evans, was so grateful for my ten minute orientation of instruction on praying for those coming through the tent. I exhorted the volunteers to share the gospel and to pray short prayers when praying for healing. He was so encouraged with the revelation.

Day 1 Travels from Monroe to Washington D.C.

Team Members:

Mike Walker

Rayland Trisler

Jimmy Eley

Whit Bass

Saturday April 13. Our Flight was rescheduled due to Storms. We left on the 6 AM flight to Washington DC instead of the 230 PM flight.

Monroe Airport

A Request for prayer by Team Member Jimmy Eley was made. Jimmy told me he had strained and injured his shoulder area and was in pain for 2 weeks with no relief. I asked Mike Walker to join me as we anointed Jimmy in the Monroe Airport with oil and prayed for him. We prayed for his interior part of his left shoulder to be healed. I found out after we landed in Atlanta that his shoulder was completely pain free. He knew this after grabbing his luggage from the overhead luggage bin. Also while at the Monroe Airport I prayed for a blind lady named Anna.  I prayed for her eyesight to be healed. She inquired about my faith and I shared the Gospel message with her of how she could pray and receive Christ. No decision was indicated by her yet but a seed was planted. Nor was there any evidence of healing in her eyesight.

While on the flight to Washington DC our whole team sat on the same row. Jimmy sat by a flight attendant for United Airlines named Chrissy. They struck up a conversation and talked about the Lord for quite some time. Jimmy reached over and asked me to talk to her so we changed seats. She asked me to pray for her husbands healing of Cancer, healing in their marriage and for his Salvation. We prayed for just that. What I also found out was that she had been healed of cancer herself.  So I began to tell her that I believed she had an anointing to pray for others with cancer since she herself had been healed. Upon hearing this news she was so moved by receiving permission and encouragement to do pray for the sick that she wept tears of JOY.

THEN as I’m wrapping up my time with Chrissy I was asked to come to the front of the cockpit of the plane. The 3 stewardess’ (1 man and 2 women) were waiting for me to pray with them. I usually request to pray for the airline staff when I board the plane and this time they took me up on it. Each one requested prayer for different needs. One for WISDOM. One for DIRECTION. The least for Overall good HEALTH. EACH ONE received the prayer with expectancy. After returning to my seat Chrissy hands me $100.00 in cash and says I would like to contribute this money to the trip to Africa. I then told Dr. Mike Walker about this generous gesture not sure if we should take the money. Dr. Mike said give the money to Jimmy and allow him to give the money away to any need in Africa. As it would turn out Jimmy ended up giving the money away to one of our interpreters.

We spent the remaining day with Dr. Mike Walkers son Damon - wife Micky, and son Chaz. We watched Chaz play a baseball game then we spent the night at their home and were hosted wonderfully with a steak dinner and baked potato.  WONDERFUL HOSPITALITY was shown to us before heading into the very poor and impoverished community near Blantyre Malawi.

Night 1 Testimony of healing in Washington D.C. Jimmy Eley

Jimmy Eley has had sleep apnea for 15 years and has had to use a CPAP machine at night to help him sleep. After arriving in Washington DC our first night he realized he didn’t have his CPAP machine.  This was very stressful and he was anxious knowing he left the machine because he doesn’t sleep well without it and even if he could fall asleep he has never been able to enter into a deep sleep.  Here he is about to launch out into a very demanding trip physically to serve the African Pastors in Malawi as well as offer relief to those damaged from the flood.

Before bed time Jimmy came to me (Whit) and requested I pray for him.  Jimmy and I reached to the heavens and prayed that the Lord would heal Jimmy’s breathing in his throat area.  After we prayed Jimmy slept soundly the first night and every night following on our trip.  Early on in the trip our team stayed in a very hot area where we were promised Air Conditioning.  We were all so excited to have Air Conditioning.  However, due to the poor electrical wiring in this motel the electricity could not carry the weight of the A/C compressors.  Jimmy SLEPT EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO POWER and the rooms were HOT.  None of us slept well that night but Jimmy SLEPT the entire night. WE GIVE ALL THE GLORY!!!!

Day 2 Travels from Washington DC to Blantyre Malawi Africa

After boarding our plane I sat in a Plane seat beside an African American man that grew up in New York City.  This man’s name is Emmanuel. I do not believe it was a mistake that he and I sat beside each other on the plane. He attends the Tuesday night prayer services at the Brooklyn Tabernacle Church. He also shared about his challenges of being in poverty as a child after newly having moved to America from Africa.   I was able to share with him about my mission trips this year and he seemed very interested in what I had to say and appeared to be moved. We visited for probably about 45 minutes initially. Then we read and rested for the rest of the flight until the end.   As the plane approached landing in 🇪🇹 Ethiopia Africa I told him that I would like to pray with him and he excitedly agreed to receive the prayer. After I finished praying with Emmanuel a lady in front of me turned to me and said “my husband is dying in the hospital right now. Would you pray for my husband.”  So I invited Dr. Mike Walker who was sitting right beside the lady and Emmanuel to join me in praying for her husband to be healed.  These moments are what I call a ripple effect. Because I had tried to pray with the stewardess staff on the airline and I was told that it was against their policy to allow me to do so. But the Lord opened up three doors to pray with others that were non-staff workers. I also got to pray with another missionary going to a Refugee Camp in a different part of Africa and he was very encouraged by the prayer.

Flight from Ethiopia to Blantyre Malawi:

On this flight I was able to pray with 2 stewardesses located in the back of the plane. One gladly received the prayer, as she was a Christian. I prayed for her to be filled and endued with the power of the Holy Spirit. Then about five minutes later another stewardess who said she was Orthodox requested that I pray for her. And I prayed a very similar prayer for her to encounter Jesus like never before.

Then we stopped to fuel up in between these two locations in Zambia. At this point I had a Catholic priest sit beside me. We visited about Jesus most of the trip. I shared with him a book I’ve been reading by Randy Clark and in the book it just so happened that’s there was a five page segment about Revival and Renewal in the Catholic Church.   The Catholic priest’ name was Julius.  Julius joyfully received my prayer for him to be clothed and endued in the power of the Holy Spirit to walk with boldness, passion, and zeal.  I prayed for the Holy Spirit to baptize him in order to advance the Kingdom of God.

Once we arrived at our room for the night in Blantyre, Rayland Trisler and I met a young man by the name of John.  John was not 100% sure about his salvation so Rayland and I talked to him about this and led him to agree and profess that Jesus is Lord of his life. We then prayed for his eyes since they have been in pain as if someone was sticking a pin in his eyes.  We also prayed that he would be bold, clothed, endued and baptized in the power of the Holy Spirit. He has been very joyful and responsive since we prayed with him. I hope I will get a good report from his condition.

Day 3 Report (1st full day in Malawi)

Leaving Blantyre to go to the village of Chikwawa

On our way to the villages from Blantyre Dr. Mike Walker and I stopped at a gas station in our vehicle number. Dr. Mike Walker and I began to dialogue with a young worker named Ian. Ian was skittish about us praying with him while at work. However we did get to pray with a young lady worker named Kathy. She requested prayer for financial provision. Dr. Mike and I prayed for her about this.

Soon after praying with Kathy we prayed for a young man named Ben who walked over to us and requested prayer for freedom of a stronghold. We prayed for Ben to be set free. Then I asked Ben if he was a follower of Jesus Christ. He indicated to me that he was not. So I led Ben to Faith in Christ today.

By this time Rayland and Jimmy also joined in with Dr. Mike and I to minister with other gas station workers. It was FUN ministering to the employees. We also stopped one other time at an intersection and I called a Presbyterian Minister wearing a collar over to come and receive prayer. He walked over to receive and while doing so we gave him an Evangecube. (A cube designed to share the Gospel in Pictures)

From here we drove to Chikwawa Village. In talking with Pastor Mark from Malawi Africa he told me there has been an influx of MUSLIMS in Malawi since 1994, which at that time there were 72,000 Muslims. Today there are 5 million Muslims in Malawi. WE HAVE OUR WORK CUT OUT FOR US AS THE CHRISTIAN CHURCH.  In Blantyre there are new MOSQUE’S ERRECTING.

So my plan today at the Village was to train, equip and send all Christians to be ENDUED with the POWER of the HOLY SPIRIT.

Rayland Trisler started us off this AM with a message on the Gospel.  Rayland LAID A WONDERFUL FOUNDATION for me to be able to draw the net when it would become my turn to speak later on in the day. He then called for a response and MANY came for prayer. Many were being healed of pain in their bodies. I hope to get a specific report of TRULY ALL THE LORD DID THIS DAY. Our team prayed for the Malawians as they came forward.

While praying my approach was to pray for ONE to be healed. Then have that very ONE that was healed TO PRAY for the NEXT person in need of healing. I instructed each one that they were to continue doing this in their village ONGOING.  Those healed to pray for the healing of others.  I probably coached 7-10 Malawians to pray for others in pain and each ONE was healed of their pain problem in their body.  Then Dr. Mike Walker came forward to speak. His role was to speak about “each one reaching one” with the ONE FOCUS.

We then broke for lunch. We started back up at 2 PM and at this time we met outside the church building under a few shade trees due to how hot 🥵 the temperature was even for the Malawians.  This decision really worked better for my message since I was calling the Malawian people to become more aggressive with their FAITH by taking what they were learning outside the walls of the church.

My message was focused on making the person whole. I spoke on the word SOZO - which means SALVATION and means = SAVED - HEALED - DELIVERED.  In my message I called up first those in need of eternal life SALVATION. There were 12 that came to stand and PROFESS CHRIST AS THEIR SAVIOR. Then I prayed for these 12 to be CLOTHED and ENDUED with RESURRECTION POWER. Then I called for any in need of HEALING. The number was so many that I simply had them stand where they were. I DONT KNOW AN EXACT percentage but it appeared that MOST that were standing in need of healing were touched and healed by a show of lifting their hands to indicate they had been touched. Then I called for any in need of deliverance. About 8 to 10 came forward. I prayed for them individually to be SET FREE and WHOLE of their bondage.

Dr. Mike Walker suggested I have them renounce any involvement with WITCHCRAFT. The interpreter and I went back and forth on this. He felt that I should allow them to come to me one on one to do this. I felt we were to have any and all stand to renounce WITCHCRAFT at once.  Dr Mike also suggested that I lead the entire crowd in renouncing as a village any WITCHCRAFT involvement.  THE ENTIRE GROUP STOOD AND I LED THEM TO RENOUNCE WITCHCRAFT FROM THEIR PAST AND THEN FOR THE WHOLE VILLAGE TO BE FREE OF WITCHCRAFT. Then at the end I had ALL PASTORS come forward to be prayed over by our team to be clothed and endued with power. To receive BOLDNESS NECESSARY to advance the KINGDOM OF GOD; to receive any and all spiritual gifts necessary. Our team prayed for an IMPARTATION OF GIFTS to take place in their life from the Holy Spirit.

THIS MOMENT WAS A HOLY MOMENT. As the 20-30 PASTORS received from our team they then in turn went to get one person each and pray the same prayer for that single person. Then we continued with this process until every single person outside had been prayed for. THIS MEMORY OF THE WHOLE GROUP PRAYING FERVENTLY FOR ONE ANOTHER WILL FOREVER BE ETCHED AND BURNED INTO MY MIND. This is what we need to sweep through AFRICA TO COMBAT ☪️ ISLAM.

Then at the end of this time Jimmy Eley taught the children briefly and had the children laughing as he danced before them and had them join him in his HAPPY DANCE.

Day 4 Report

DISTRIBUTION DAY OF FOOD AT CHIKWAWA AND HEALING PRAYER OPPORTUNITIES

Jimmy Eley preached a message to the village of Chikwawa - our second day in this recently FLOODED VILLAGE.  Jimmy gave a very illustrative message for the Malawi Men and women with the use of humor and engagement of the congregation to be involved during his message. Jimmy spoke on the importance of the Holy Spirit empowering us for a life of Victory and even went so far as giving instruction to rebuke and forbid the enemy to have power in their lives. Through Dr. Mike Walkers efforts of requesting financial aid from Monroe / West Monroe we were able to distribute aid to the local congregation.

At the end of the message Jimmy called for a response. Some came for prayer. I was asked to help on 2 specific occasions. One case was to pray for a man who had been bleeding from his male organ for the last 3 years. Our team gathered around him and prayed for healing and also cancelled any curses that may have been in operation. The 2nd occasion involved a very young girl who looked to be age 12 or 13. She had been dealing with epilepsy and pain in her stomach and in her neck and throat area.

Again our team along with some of the Malawian pastors gathered around the young girl to pray. I commanded any spirit of error or deaf and dumb to leave her as well as all pain to leave. She was better after our first prayer but we prayed once more since she still had pain that was now in the throat area. (The pain may have moved during our prayer). After our second prayer there was no sign of pain and she was overcome with emotion.  Later after lunch I saw her walking through the village with a HUGE SMILE ON HER FACE.

While aid was being distributed inside the church building Dr. Mike Walker walked out to play with the children outside with balloons, bubbles, candy, etc. About 25 children. The kids were so responsive to our playing with them and we had a BLAST.  I’m not sure that they get a lot of attention due to parents having to work just to survive day to day.

We then left this village around 2 pm and traveled for about 1 1/2 hours to our next area. While approaching our destination we were driving past an automobile accident scene where a man had been ejected through his window. We soon saw a group of Malawians carting this man to load him into the back of a truck - no ambulance ...  blood profusely bleeding from his head. Dr. Mike and I prayed for God to spare him and to live and not die but we continued driving and did not stop. Sometimes when we are in a moment like this we don’t always respond the way we would had we not been in shock seeing the blood run down his head.  Everything was happening so fast.  Though we prayed for his life to be raised we realized we should have stopped and prayed and then made a decision as to whether we would get out or not. Our destination happened to be near the 2nd largest mountain in Africa known as Mount Mulanje. The mountain ⛰ is beautiful and majestic.

Day 5 – A DAY OF FOOD DISTRIBUTION - Large bags of corn were delivered to 6 different locations where there had been flooding. We were OFF ROADING in a small little car trailing a dually truck – our windshield time probably took 5 hours altogether. We left at 8 AM that morning and returned around 830-845 pm.  Rayland Trisler helped out the African men to load each bag of corn to distribute. This work was Gritty and dusty work in the hot 🥵 sun by RAYLAND.

Our first 3 stops were spent praying for the sick as we were giving out the food. Our 2nd and 3rd stop we literally conducted a healing and equipping service. We likely saw around 35 touched and healed by the Lord at the 2nd and 3rd stops alone. We had a man with blurry vision whose sight improved; ear pain that was healed, all types of body pains healed. Dr. Mike, and Jimmy Eley and I each got into the action at stop 2.

Then at stop 3 Mike gave it to Jimmy and I to lead. So Jimmy and I prayed for 3 teens/ young adults. Once they each were healed of their pain we coached them on how to pray for the next 4 in need of healing. Then of those next 4 they helped lay on hands on the next group. This continued until all had been prayed for.

I asked if anyone else had a need before we left this location and one young man had been having nightmares so I prayed for those nightmares to stop.

At the other locations we prayed blanket prayers of healing and since we were in a hurry to make each stop before nightfall we had to hurry and move from stop to stop without getting reports of healing.

All in all we probably prayed for over 200 people this day.

Thankfully at each stop 🛑 we made time to play with the children while adults received their aid. Many received candy, balloons, pennies with a cross ☦️ punched through, marbles, until we ran out of all that we had. MUCH FUN WAS HAD BY CHILDREN AND ADULTS.

DAY 6 - PASTOR LEADER CONFERENCE IN MIGOWI

(APPROXIMATELY 150 Pastors / Leaders / 40 PASTORS from Mozambique were also in attendance at the village of MIGOWI to Conduct our pastor and leader training. Dr. Mike spoke on the concept and importance of everyone winning the world by ONE person at a time. THE ONE FOCUS MESSAGE…

Jimmy Eley gave his testimony of his life story and the very low and difficult and painful trials he has experienced. The crowd was moved and Jimmy set up what I needed to teach later on with the topic of deliverance.

I (Whit) taught on how when we pray for the sick and see them healed that this can be a great tool for evangelism.  A term known as POWER EVANGELISM. I shared about another gas station encounter today and how when people come asking for help we can pray with and for them and sometimes these  may lead to a SALVATION DECISION. I spoke to the Pastors about our need to simply desire to “DO WHAT JESUS DID”. I told them I believed that this is what true discipleship is. It’s not only learning more information but also the demonstration of what has been learned.  I led a time of demonstration – as I called the first 2 in the crowd in need of healing to come forward. A man and woman came forward. The man said he had pain in his eyes. So I prayed for him first. We had a partial healing. One eye was better but the other eye was still in pain. So I prayed again for the second eye. We got a full result. I then had that man pray for the lady who had pain inside her stomach area. I directed him and showed him how to pray for her; where to place his hand over her area where pain was located. She placed her hand on the area of pain and he placed his hands on top of hers. After the man prayed for the lady she was healed of pain. I then told everyone else still needing prayer to see these 2 or to simply pray for one another before leaving this weekend. We had another man healed of pain in his wrist while we were praying as a group soon after this demonstration reported by Dr. Mike Walker.

Rayland Trisler spoke the last message for the day as he taught on marriage and this was a riot of fun. The Pastors and leaders really got into his message and were responsive with laughter as Rayland taught on the origin of marriage. Great truth was spoken and much fun was experienced as Rayland taught on the role of Man and Wife in marriage.

Once we completed the conference we returned to the hotel area near the mountain. The 4 of us sat and visited and laughed for about 3 1/2 hours back at the GATEWAY LODGE. After we ate our evening meal we prayed for Princess  - the waitresses’ name we gave her since her name sounded like princes.

We prayed for her future and Dr. Mike felt strongly to tell her to be sure of who she married. That this decision would be one of her most important decisions she would ever make.

We then went back to our rooms.  About 5 minutes later Jimmy Eley came to my room and knocked on my door. He said he had prayed for Princess who told him she had a cyst in her lower abdominal area.  That he didn’t see any improvement after praying.  Jimmy asked me to join him to pray with her about this. So Jimmy and I went back to pray for her. We saw immediate relief the first time we prayed but not complete. We then prayed again and she said her pain was leaving. I told Jimmy sometimes we have to pray more than once.

DAY 7 - PASTOR AND LEADER CONFERENCE (part 2)

At the GATEWAY LODGE Rayland Trisler and I met a young lady working by the name of Macey. Her father’s alcohol condition as well as her being the first female in her village to work burdened Macey. She said she receives much grief for her working as an employee since this is not accepted among her village community. Rayland and I prayed for her and she was so receptive and hungry and thankful for the prayers that she received.

Jimmy Eley started us off with session 1 for Conference Day 2 as he spoke on the power of prayer.

I (Whit) followed up with teaching session 2 that would go for about 2 1/2 hours. I taught and led the pastors and leaders through the 5 open doorswould lead them to renounce the 14 root spirit strongholds as a way of personal healing and freedom while also training from the book “Shadow Boxing” by Dr. Henry Malone. We broke up the session and left for lunch and then returned. In between one of the morning sessions I had a pastor bring me a man who could not see clearly and asked for me to pray for his eyesight. Instead of me praying for the man I had a man who had been healed the day before from the healing of his wrist to lay hands on him and pray for his sight. The man with poor eyesight was able to show his improvement by reading to demonstrate his healing. (Another Equipping opportunity)

During my 2nd part of the teaching I noticed that the pastors and leaders appeared to become lighter in their facial expressions.  There seemed to be more obvious manifestations of strongholds break as they were coughing much more during the section of renounce/repeat prayers and breaking of curses time.

Dr. Mike Walker came to me during the renouncing of deaf and dumb and said that there were some who were there that needed to be healed of ear conditions.

Four (4) people stood in need of prayer for this specific need.  We called them down to the front.  Our whole team each participated in this portion.

One person had pain in their ear that left immediately. Another one had hearing problems and was healed and able to hear better. Dr. Mike also prayed for her eyesight and we are waiting on this report. One man that Jimmy Eley prayed for felt something physically leave his ear. The Pain then left immediately following this experience. Then Rayland Trisler and I prayed for a young ladies ear pain to leave. The pain didn’t leave the first time. We prayed again and the pain moved from her ear to her forehead.  So I asked the man beside her who had just been healed to pray for her pain and the pain left. (Another Equipping opportunity)

I hope to be able to allow the pastors and leaders to receive the material I taught from by Dr. Malone to be translated into their own language.

Dr. Mike Walker led the final session on the use of Evangelism tools such as the Evangecube. Upon returning to the GATEWAY LODGE we had opportunities to pray for a couple that drove over from Blantyre just to view the mountain scenery. We prayed for the wife’s brother with diabetes. Dr. Mike prayed for the man’s gas station business to prosper. I then prayed for the managers relative for her future. Then I prayed for another employee Victor and his future as well as his desires and dreams and direction for his life.

LAST FULL DAY IN MALAWI - EASTER SUNDAY SERVICES

Each of us preached at a different church.

Dr. Mike Walker spoke at a church and said about 20 people came to Christ.

Rayland Trisler spoke at a church near where I was and we were close to Mozambique 🇲🇿  Rayland said half the Church prayed to receive Christ.

This would have been approximately 50 people.

Jimmy Eley spoke at a very traditional and liturgical Presbyterian Church. He said that an elder opened up about a child in need of prayer with a skin condition. Jimmy anointed the elder to pray for his daughter and prayed for the elder to be empowered to pray for his child.  Jimmy said this church was a very difficulty church to preach at but that he felt the Lord gave him the exact message he was to preach there.

I (Whit) spoke at an Assembly of God church about 3 Kilometers away from Mozambique 🇲🇿. I had about 70 to 80 people in attendance and all indicated they were already Christian. However I did have some in need of healing. So I called up the first person in need of prayer and the man had pain in one eye and was BLIND in the other. I prayed for the pain to leave and the blind eye to by healed. The pain left immediately. The blind eye had no improvement. I then explained to the congregation that it is ok to pray another time for the blind eye. So we all prayed again. After I prayed for the blind eye the man said he could see a little bit now. So we gave the Lord thanks and prayed again. For more eyesight and clarity. After praying he said yes more clarity and eyesight had been restored.

So I called up the next person. She had a sharp piercing pain in her heart. I then had the formerly blind who had been healed to pray for her pain to leave and I stepped him through how to pray for her. She received relief immediately.

I then called on 2 more to come forward. They were women with the same condition as the sharp pain in the heart issue. They were healed.

I then called for 4 more in need of prayer to be healed. The 4 who had received their healing prayed for the 4 in need and each one received healing for their need. I had the church members in need of freedom of any bondage to stand. Approximately 75% of the church Members stood to receive prayer and to renounce their bondages to the Lord.  This concluded our services. I then went to eat lunch with the pastor and a few of his leaders at his home.

After eating at the pastors home we left to drive back to GATEWAY LODGE.  To give you and idea of the distance, we arrived back at the lodge between 3:30 p.m. and 4 p.m.  The remaining day of Easter was a beautiful spring sunny day crisp cool air spent outside viewing the beautiful mountain.  There was an inflatable bounce jumper for the children to jump on.  The chef brought out the grill and grilled chicken for our team. We sat out the remaining day and evening visiting and soaking in the rest of our trip.

TRAVEL DAY BACK HOME - Over a 24 hour period of flight time straight.

On our way back home we prayed for many more people along the way. Every flight I was allowed to pray with the stewardesses. Our team met an Anglican Priest by the name of Reverend Brian. This man was a fiery man of God who loved old saints by the likes of Smith Wigglesworth. I asked him to pray for me on the plane. He said a fiery prayer over me to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit calling out names such as Kathryn Kuhlman, Smith Wigglesworth, and others; voiced a prayer for me to walk in a powerful healing anointing of these figures from the past. I shook repeatedly under the power of God has he prayed for me. I was truly blessed by this man.

On the last leg of our flight I had one lady from Arkansas awaiting back surgery allow me to pray for her healing once we landed in Monroe. I hope to get a good report from this prayer time.

FRUIT THAT REMAINS IN - REPORTS SINCE RETURNING HOME FROM MALAWI 2019

REPORT FROM MALAWI - PASTOR GRACIOUS - 4-1-19

Pastor Gracious followed up with a mom and her son. This prayer need came about by us asking the Lord to give us a picture or image before we left the church to go out into the village this month. The Lord gave me a picture of a woman  carrying an object on her head. So that’s what we were looking for as we left the village. We encountered this lady walking with a hoe on her head and it balanced itself.  We discovered her son was in need of prayer due to bleeding from his male organ. We also discovered that she was involved in witchcraft and that she didn’t know Christ.  She did pray to receive Christ and I just found out her son did in fact get healed.

Here is the report from Pastor Gracious.

"You remember this woman postor? Iwent there this morning to followed up her child. She God Jesus to heal son. From the day you prayed for him no more problem from his penis. He is no more producing blood. He is fine. She thank God for the wonderful healing to her son."

JOHN MALEPO AFTER WE RETURNED TO AMERICA…

Just got this word from John Malepo - Former Refugee from The Congo - 1st Student to African Bible College

Hey brother whit!  how are you? I am very excited and encouraged in the ministry. God is doing and changing the heart of people here at ABC with the Sowers ministry. We had a charity program of offering anything that we may have for the Orphans and Widows as well as Disabled people. I see people are giving some money, other clothes,  others shoes and others soaps.  We are going in the refugee camp and give to the Orphans, Widows and disabled people. I believe God is working with Sowers. We are now 25 Sowers at ABC. (Previously only 5 from ABC - before I spoke at the Chaoel service calling the SOWERS into ACTION.)  And we use to meet every Wednesdays at 4pm in the ABC'S garden. Where the Sowers donate things for the Orphans and Widows. Thanks

Whit…. “They’ve signed up 20 more sowers since I gave the msg at Chapel ...  so exciting”.

AND

The GAS STATION WORKERS that I stopped to pray for where we saw some healings and some hunger for Christ… Well, Bruce Siegmund took BIBLES back to the gas station before returning home to America. The GAS STATION WORKERS ARE NOW MEETING ON SATURDAYS FOR BIBLE STUDY!!!

AFRICAN MISSION TRIP TO MALAWI 2019

Nkhotakota District, Dzaleka Refugee Camp and African Bible College were the three main locations we focused on during our stay in Malawi Africa. Trip leader Bruce Siegmund shared with the locals people of Nkhotakota District how the people located in this district on LAKE MALAWI became so concentrated on MUSLIM FAITH. Bruce said this began happening when the ARAB SLAVE TRADE arrived on the shores of Malawi during the early 1800s. The reason many Malawians joined Islam was in order to receive protection from becoming a slave taken. So today there is a focus to build a KINGDOM COMMUNITY along the Malawian Coast by partnering with a local Baptist Church and building on the founding Christian School there now to raise Christ Following families. The other focus Dzaleka Refugee Camp has so much potential for rescue and ministry of the DEFENSELESS. The ORPHAN and the WIDOW. So many of those I prayed with were orphaned or widowed who had ended up in this Refugee Camp of 35,000 displaced citizens who escaped war and personal atroictities. The nations primarily represented in these grounds are the DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO, RWANDA, BURUNDI, SOMALIA, AND ZAMBIANS.

One of the AFRICAN BIBLE COLLEGE locations is located in Lilongwe, Africa. This school has now agreed to partner with Bruce Siegmund in seeking solutions to help the Africans of Malawi. One story of interest involves a young man by the name of John Malepo. He escaped the Congo at a very young age after seeing his parents taken from their home and hearing their screams of being murdered by robbers. John’s home and property was very rich according to African standards since their family had received the home and property from Belgium land owners forced to turn the property back over to Africa. John’s story is sad yet inspiring all at the same time. John and his brother escaped to Dzaleka. John met Bruce in the year 2017 and a FOREVER relationship has begun. The Lord spoke to Bruce to become a father to John. Bruce has since been able to get others involved in helping John get an education at African Bible College. To Bruce’ knowledge John is the first person from Dzaleka to attend AFRICAN BIBLE COLLEGE. John now in his first year of college oversees 30 plus young people - a mixture of ABC (African Bible College) students and Dzaleka students called SOWERS. These SOWERS go out into the REFUGEE CAMP to minister to families there. I had the opportunity to lead a group of 5 young men - Sowers to make house to house visits to Widows and Orphans.

TRIP DETAILS IN FULL

These Testimonies are from my trips out into the Village on Lake Malawi (Where there are many Muslims). I felt that I was to be paired up with the local Pastor - Gracious - to go out and minister each day visiting families. Our 3 days of visits were filled with Salvations and healings. I will refer to these visits as POWER EVANGELISM.

VISIT #1

Our first day Out - Pastor Gracious and I first stopped to pray for his wife Joyce. He said she was not feeling well. That she Needed her strength to return.  UPDATE SINCE WE PRAYED FOR HER - Joyce is feeling very better and she has strength and power. Today she went to the farm of maize. Distance about one km. So this owesome and great. Thank God for everything.” I had him join me on each occasion so that once I left the location he would see many mighty works (equipping) that he would remember seeing them first hand.

VISIT #2 was to a woman - Atiyana - whose husband is incarcerated- we prayed for her to have provision.

SALVATION #1

Her brother walked over. He renounced his involvemnent of black power and Professed Christ as his Lord and Savior.

SALVATION #2

VISIT #3

The next stop was at the home of a young man - JAWADUZIBERU - he was wearing a larger bone necklace. Pastor Gracious told him the bone had a dark meaning behind it. He also had stomach pain. We prayed for his pain to leave. He was healed and then professed Christ and renounced witchcraft and threw the necklace away. He then renounced alcohol and cigarettes.

UPDATE RECEIVED TODAY FOR JAWADUZIBERU - “He thank God for wonderful healing.   Since the day we prayed to him, no desires of alcohol and cigarettes. No more stomach problem”

VISIT #4

SALVATION #3 MUSLIM

As we were leaving the home of JAWADUZIBERU we saw 2 men walking towards us. I asked Pastor if we should talk to them. He said he thought they were from a village further away. I said let’s invite them to the Marriage Conference we were hosting later that day. As it turned out RAFAEL and KESSIM were both Muslim. They allowed me to pray for them and after we prayed we invited them to the seminar. Then later that day he attended. To my surprise RAFAEL came for prayer after the marriage seminar- He confessed his struggles with Alcohol and Cigarette use. A Malawian Pastor and I led him in a prayer to profess Christ. We then had him renounce a SPIRIT OF BONDAGE - specifically to Alcohol and cigarettes - then I prayed for him to be endued and clothed with Resurrection power. We then led him to renounce Islam since we were renouncing a spirit of bondage.

Later the next 2 days he came back to see me. The next day I was leading a prayer session with Dr David Wheeler - and could not see him. So pastor Gracious and Bruce Siegmund prayed for his grandmother to be able to be strengthened. She was immediately better. The next day I was able to meet with RAFAEL and he wanted me to know that he has lost all desire to drink or smoke. So RAFAEL came Sunday morning and I was asked to preach 5 min before time  by Pastor Gracious. Bruce said he didn’t even know I would be preaching. But I made RAFAEL the central illustration of my msg - of Gods Relentless love of him to align our paths.

We had a treasure hunt before leaving the mission base on Day 3 (where you ask Holy Spirit to give you an image) and we paired up with a partner after we prayed and asked the Lord to give us a picture. My picture that I got was a lady carrying an object on her head. My partner Patricia - also saw a lady w a child on her back. I also saw a lady with a tear rolling down her cheek.  This leads us to SALAVATION #9

SUNDAY -  DAY 4 at Nkhotakota District

5 MORE SALVATIONS (15)

I was asked to preach with 5 minutes notice SUNDAY Morning.   I was able to use Muslim convert “Rafael” as my sermon illustration.  I was moved with compassion as I talked about how much Jesus loves him to send me from America to share Christ’s LOVE with him at just the right time on the road. I had our whole team pray for their church membersvand then the CHURCH prayed for each of our team. I shared about the meaning of PROVIDENCE - The making of preparation of the future by making current investment.  How we are to pay forward what we have already received from the Lord.   At the end of the message I made an appeal for any to be saved. 5 more stood for SALVATION.

ON OUR WAY BACK HOME we stopped by the same GAS STATION that we had stopped at on our way to the village. On my way in (our first time to stop) I was able to pray for a young man - Francis. His ear was discharging and in pain. When we went back by the same gas station a young man I had prayed with “Emmanuel” said that he hasn’t been the same.  We prayed for his destiny and a mighty enduing of POWER. He said he was filled with joy.

So.... I also met a young lady working at this Gas Station who said she had a head ache. So I called “EMMANUEL” over to pray for her headache. Sure enough he did and her headache left immediately.  Then as we were leaving the station they requested bibles. So we plan to get some Bibles by there.

Monday, March 4, 2019 DZALEKA REFUGEE CAMP

DAY 1 DZALEKA REFUGEE CAMP

Today we met with Students from African Bible College and many students that live at Dzaleka refugee camp. These students come from The Congo, Burundi 🇧🇮, Rwanda  🇷🇼, Somalia 🇸🇴, and Zambia 🇿🇲    This group of students are known as “sowers”.  They are led by a young man by the name of John Mulepa.  John was discovered by Bruce Siegmund  on a recent trip. John himself has come from this refugee camp. He fled the Congo nation as a young child after his mother and father were murdered on their property.  John recalls being able to hear the screams of his parents being murdered. They had property of great value and some robbers came to take from them what had been given to them by A group of leaders from the nation of Belgium.

I had the opportunity to pray over the “sowers” before we went out to make home visits to the refugees to pray with them for various needs.

One young girl age 15 named Sakina was telling her story as a sower. She - like John Malepa fled her country from the Congo because her parents were I brutally murdered.  Dr David Wheeler (Child Psychologists At The Methodists Childrens Home in Ruston) and I had the opportunity to minister prayer ministry sessions to both of these young leaders. David and I were very humbled for this opportunity. We were also privileged to minister to a few other leaders during our stay.  One leader dealt with being abandoned as a child because his mother got pregnant out of wedlock. The non-biological father that his mother was married to ran the mother off and did not allow her to keep her biological son. The son we ministered to was treated harshly by the non-biological father. All of his life he experienced rejection. David and I were able to bring prayer ministry to this young man and in his own words he told us he felt very differently in a good way after we had ministered to him.

At the refugee camp on Monday I took out with me 5 young men called sowers.  My mission was to equip them to demonstrate the Kingdom of God wherever we went.

 Visit #1:  Meery

We went in and visited a widow lady by the name of Meery. She had a headache and congestion.   We prayed for her headache and congestion and her pain left immediately.

 Visit #2: WIDOW  Maria Josephine

She had a son with asthma age 6 that we prayed for who was not present with us. Her condition was having pain in her stomach from not being able to use the reatroom regularly. Her other issue was that her eyes - when she got into the sun would cause itching. We prayed for her itching issue for healing. After praying we asked her to step out into the sunshine to test her eyes and she said the pain had left and itching stopped. We also prayed  for Veronica Roy about her breathing while she slept. We were not able to find out whether this prayer was answered immediately.

Visit #3

We prayed for a pastor and her family to be encouraged. The pastor was a female lady standing outside waving us over to come and pray with her. She invited us into her home and we prayed prayers of encouragement for her and her family.

Remaining prayers that took place were when we walked back through the Camp Ground: Prayed for two young men. Prayed for a young mother named Esther and her baby.

SALVATION #16 we led one young man to Christ on the way back.

We also prayed for a drunk man to become sober. He seemed to not want us to leave so I went ahead and led him into a prayer of profession of Christ as Savior as well. Only God knows if he was truly sincere.

SALVATION #17

I saw a man with one blind eye due to an injury walking. I stopped him and asked him if we could pray for him. He was very resistant to receive prayer. I continued to speak with him and tried to love him. I prayed for his eyesight to be healed but no improvement. But the beautiful thing of the story is that after I prayed for him and showed him love he was open to receive the gospel and prayed to receive Christ as his Lord and Savior.

SALVATION #18 and 19

Two young ladies were watching us pray for this one man. They were moved to approach us and asked if we would come and pray with them at their home. We were already late in returning so we said we would pray for them right there. They refused possibly because they didn’t want others to see us pray with them. I told them to follow us back to our group and we would pray for them there. They agreed. We then walked for about 150 yards and then they stopped us and said please pray for us right here. The prayer need was for us to pray Ghosts out of their home. While praying for the ghosts to leave I explained to them both that they had the power and authority to do this if they had Christ as their Savior. One of the young girls said she had walked away from her faith. So we went ahead and prayed for both of them to receive Christ as Savior and Lord.

DAY 2 Tuesday, March 5, 2019 DZALEKA REFUGEE CAMP

Dr. David Wheeler and I had the opportunity to lead pastors in training to know how to pray for those who have endured trauma as well as to pray for those needing spiritual deliverance. Dr David spoke at 7:30 AM at the African Bible college for chapel. The crowd was approximately 180 to 200 people. David did an outstanding job explaining how we make agreements when we have become injured with trauma.

After leaving the African Bible college we arrived at Dzaleka Refugee Camp -  we ministered training at Pastor Desire‘s church in the refugee camp. There were approximately 30 leaders and pastors in attendance. We trained and lead prayer sessions for the whole group from 10 AM until 3 PM. Many seemed to receive our teaching with excitement.

DAY 3 WEDNESDAY MARCH  6, 2019 / SPOKE AT AFRICAN BIBLE COLLEGE

SALVATIONS 20-24

On this day I had the opportunity to speak for chapel at African Bible college to approximately 180 to 200 students and faculty. My message was on the kingdom of God and how we as the body of Christ need to actively engage with walking in the power of the resurrection. My message was one of intensity and passion. The students were locked in and responded. At the end of my message I gave a time of response and conservatively I would say at least 5 students prayed to receive Christ. Then I gave another opportunity for students to respond. I asked the student body if they were willing to burn for Jesus Christ and be bold with their faith to stand up in the room. 60% to 70% of the students stood whike 30% to 40% remained seated. I thanked the students for their honesty. 7 new sowers came forward to sign up to help John Mulepa with his sower ministry at the refugee camp.

One young man came to me after the service and asked if he could join me in going out to minister. I told him to join the sowers group first and we would see about that. Another young man came forward for prayer because he dealt with pornography. We prayed about that right on the spot.

DZALEKA REFUGEE CAMP

After leaving ARICAN BIBLE COLLEGE we went back to DZALEKA REFUGEE CAMP. On this day we would spend all day praying for the people in the campground. I will try and give a brief summary of each family we prayed with.

Visit Family #1:

We visited Two sisters: Jacqueline and Mary age 17 and 23.  Probably orphaned and still living together. They requested prayer for their liver and swelling of their feet as well as direction for their lives. My heart truly hurts for the people of the refugee camp. Many had to leave their countries because of war and atrocities.

Visit #2:

We visited two sisters namees Janet age 30 and Melissa age 15. Melissa was not in the room but we prayed for her brain trauma and memory loss to be healed. Janet asked for prayer for her marriage to be restored - she said she had not seen her husband in 5 years and asked that we pray that the Lord restore her faith and return her husband.

Visit #3

WIDOW Named “Gift” with 7 children. Gift has an illness in her chest.  We prayed for God to make provision in her life, healing of her chest and for God to heal her son Richard. We prayed for safety and healing.  Mother Janet is a widow and her home is borrowed to them and they may be forced out any day. They need to be recognized by the UN as refugees in order to receive aide.

After making house visits we then began receiving people who walked to the church in rain for prayer.

Family # 5

Pastor Joseph came to visit Dr David Wheeler and I. He was very troubled and burdened and sad because of the trauma that had happened to his daughter who is now age 10. When he was leaving the Congo he tried to rescue some orphans and bring them with him to the refugee camp. While on his way to the refugee camp a 17-year-old boy he has tried to help raped his nine-year-old daughter.   Pastor Joseph’s daughter’s name is BLESS.  He did not have his daughter with him. So we told him to go and get his daughter. He walked 20 minutes one way to go and get her in the rain and brought her back. After returning with her we ministered prayer for trauma healing to his daughter. She seemed to receive our prayers and ministry for trauma very well.

Family #6

A mother by the name of Precious brought her daughter Mary Clementine to us who is age 3  for prayer. The mother precious has a son age 16 who is living in rebellion and has a skin condition.  We also prayed for her husband who works in Buffalo in America. He has been away for some time. She’s concerned he may not return.  Her daughter acted out - very rebellious.  The way she acted out made David and I think a meaure of darkness may have been operating in her family.  We prayed that Rebellion and witchcraft be broken.

We prayed for her to receive provision and emotional healing. She shared that she had a back problem. She had an operation where her problem had been in her back bone and waist bone - she said they became disjointed - maybe due to childbirth. I prayed for her back pain to leave and her back to be healed. She stood and bent over to touch her feet. She remained in that position bending over for about 3 solid minutes while I continued to pray.  She said all of her pain left after bending over and over.  SHE SAID AFTER I PRAYED FOR HER THAT IT FELT LIKE A WIND PASSED OVER HER.   HEALING

Now she is fearful of being able to give care to the 2 sons and raise her own soon to be born baby since her boyfriend fled and left her. We prayed direction and provision for her and HEALING and freedom of her TRAUMA.

TRAUMA PRAYER MINISTRY  (One Participants Example of Trauma) - A 15 year old girl.

My name is Sakina Ally Tiba;  I am from The Democratic Republic of Congo. I was living in Misisi  (DRC), and I was born in the family of 3 people that I am the first born.  One day when my father died because he was bitten by the snake in the forest while working in his farm. After the death of my father, my mother and my sublimes and I moved from that place and we went to stay with my father's family at my grandparents house. After a few months the bandits called MAI-MAI came and killed my grandfather. Then when we were about to finish the funeral of my grandfather; those bandits who killed my grandfather came again in our house. It was night;  and they were trying to ask money from my mother then when they found out that my mother had no money to give them; they killed her as well with a knife and they took my grandmother and they went with her to an unknown place. I am the only only left alone in the house with the body of my mother because my aunts and other rest of my family ran way to the unknown places.

After a while my 21 year old aunt came to pick me then we started to run way from our country. We succeeded to find my 6 year old young sister then we reached Malawi without knowing because we were just going wherever we saw the way. When we reached Malawi, we had no place or house to stay in and no food to eat. Fortunately, we were welcomed by a certain woman here in Dzaleka Refugee camp where she gave us a room for us to stay for a while. After a while my aunt Angelina Tiba decided to be married to a certain man for her to be able to send us to school because we were not going to school as she had no money to pay for our school fees and to provide answers to our basic needs. Unfortunately, the man who wanted to Marry my aunt just gave her a pregnancy then when he discovered that my aunt is pregnant; he ran away from her and leave my aunt alone.

My aunt was disappointed and her heart was broken for her to see she is pregnant and she need to take care of us while she doesn't have work or any support.

By the grace of God my aunt gave birth to a baby girl who is now 3 months old. Then life continues to be worse and worse for me and for the rest of my family. For now we are wandering around Dzaleka Refugee Camp because I and my family don't have a house to stay in and the woman who assisted us; she is being chased from the house because the house was not hers. Besides that my aunt is not able to send us to school because she doesn't have money to pay for our school fees. Fortunately, my aunt and I met with the Sowers ministry and they started to encourage us, and even brought me and my young sister to their learning program where we are learning English language and Bible study. Since then we became the Sowers as well.

In my life, I had a vision and I am still having the same vision of going to school. I have finished primary school already, so I counted to go to the secondary school then to the college because I wanted to become a doctor for me to be able to help the community and my family. I thank God through Sowers ministry for giving me and my young sister the first step of teaching us English and Bible study. I believe God is having a big plan for me and for my family no matter what happened and what we lost; I am still trusting in God for my life and my education. Thanks Sakina

Flight from Llongwe Africa to Ethiopia 🇪🇹 - Prayed for 3 Stewardesses. All 3 rocked by Holy Ghost.

Stewardess #1 - would not tell me where her pain was. I said that’s ok. Just let me pray. She finally agreed. After I prayed she was in shock. Both of the other ladies were emphatic that I pray for them. I was able to tell them that Jesus loves them and that’s why they are being touched.

Stewardess #2 - Had emotional pain. She too received immediate relief. Gods peace and love manifested over her.

Stewardess #3 - Had a daughter and herself that both were having a long battle with Sinus Infecion. I will hope to hear a report. Giving her my email address.

Ethiopian Airport

My fiend Jerry Yarborough and I were able to pray for this shoe shine man. His eyesight was blind in one eye and not great In the other.  After we prayed he said.  He could see and his eyesight was 100% better.

HONDURAS MISSION TRIP STORIES & HIGHLIGHTS 2019

PURPOSE OF TRIP - Our purpose of going to Honduras was to train and encourage local pastors from the Olanchito region of Honduras and to have another part of our group going out into the highways and bi-ways of Honduras to share the Gospel and see what the Lord may unfold.

A TRIP OF EPIC PROPORTIONS - We were blessed to have Mario Venzor join us who happens to be very good friends with David Trapp.  Mario is originally from Mexico, but is now an American citizen.  He joined us on this trip and he has a TRUE gift for evangelism .  From the time Mario boarded his plane in Colorado, until we landed back in Houston; he had led 153 people to Christ in about a 6 day venture.  I was awestruck watching him operate in his gifting and there is more to come on how these conversions transpired!

TRAINING REPORT The chosen curriculum to teach the local pastors was a book written by Andrew Murray entitled, “The School of Obedience”.  There were three men designated to teach through this book:  David Lindsay who lives near Redding, California; Dewayne Bell from Northwest Arkansas, and myself.  These men, other church leaders and even children attended and sat  ALL DAY and late into each night as we did our best to teach through this material with Pastor Dario’s young adult grand-daughters - Davina and Laura.  The pastors were very receptive and on the second day of teaching,  I opened up a Question and Answer time at the end of the teaching session.  The congregants asked one question after another for about a solid hour of discussion.  They were asking very pointed questions like, “What I thought the most important traits or qualities should be found in a pastor”?  We had great discussion and I feel as though we were able to minister to some deep family needs as well.  Teacher David Lindsay opened up about some struggles he had experienced with his adopted son from China and his vulnerability paved the way for about seven different family units to come down to receive prayer—and we did exactly that!   We first prayed for David and then moved into praying for each family unit.  This was such a beautiful portion of our training.

Another aspect of our training involved me taking a hand selected group of pastors and leaders through “Spiritual Warfare Training”.  I was able to purchase 50 books on spiritual warfare that I use personally in America for prayer intensives.  The title of the book I use is “Shadow Boxing” written by Dr. Henry Malone.  Dr. Malone’s ministry sold the books to me for $1 in the Spanish language and I also google translated about twenty-seven pages of the outline I use that is in English into the Spanish language for the Honduran leaders and pastors.  We took fifty folders of the outline and other important prayers to share with the Honduran Leadership.  Approximately about 3 and 1/2 hours was spent to teach on spiritual warfare and the Honduran Leaders soaked in this teaching time.  A special thank you to Erica Everding for sharing her Office Depot Discount Card to afford me to make around 1400 copies saving me approximately $250.00 in printing costs.  Thank you Erica!!! Pastor Dario also gave four of these books and folders to a pastor at the prison in Honduras, so that he could incorporate this teaching into his ministry there.

MY LITTLE AARON SOPHIA GETS INVOLVED

In the picture below was the last village we visited and I remembered that Aaron-Sophia - my 10  year old daughter brought her stash of stuffed animals to me in a white bag as I was loading up my vehicle to leave.  She said, “Daddy, please take these stuffed animals of mine and give them to the children in Honduras”…. I have to admit I had no idea that the gifts that we would distribute in that last village would impact these children in the way that it did!  The picture really doesn’t do justice to what we witnessed.  The immediate smiles of receiving a cuddly animal brought such warmth and comfort to these little girls.  I was moved with compassion and so grateful that Aaron-Sophia played a part in our trip all the way back home from Louisiana.  Later this same day we gave other toys away as the crowd grew.  The entire village of about seventy-five people arrived at the chapel.  We were giving some toys away donated from an organization that donates food, Tom’s Shoes, and boy and girl action figures.   I remember one particular young adult lady stand-in front of me waiting for me to give her a toy.  I looked for the child she was to give the toy to but it was for her— I stood there not knowing whether to give it to her since there were many children who still had not received a toy.  I believe the Holy Spirit moved on my heart that this young lady may have missed out on many opportunities as a child and I  immediately gave her the toy and she took it as if she were a little child!

EVANGELISM INSTANCES

In this pic below, you can see Hannah anointing the children with olive oil to pray prayers of dedicating them to the Lord.  Hannah gave words of prophecy over the children as Evangelist Mario Venzor looked on.  Soon after this pic, Hannah Teal and her friend Makayla Boyte jumped in and also began to lay hands on the children to pray for them right after I had just finished telling the story of  how God rescued Hannah from destruction.  All of that prompted me to have her pray over the children.  We saw many touched by the power of the Lord.  I wasn’t able to be in the field this time, since I was training; but there were healings and powerful encounters.  Jennifer Teal was able to experience for the first time placing her hand on a man’s leg in need of healing and she said she felt miraculous power flow through the man’s leg, but this year the beauty of the trip was in seeing the Kingdom of God expand.

The Evangelism opportunities transpired in this way:   One part of our team taught and trained at the mission while the other part of our team went out to minister through face to face encounters within restaurants (two to four each time we ate), soccer fields (fourty-five led to Christ at a soccer field the team was just passing by and Mario wanted to stop and share and then another seventeen between two other soccer fields) while in the Television Station Studio there were nine staff converted. The last day before we were to catch the flight in San Pedro while in Tela, an entire high school football team was brought to Christ that was running along the beach  and Mario led thirty-six young men to Christ.  There were other encounters, but these are the ones I was made aware of.  Even as we were about to baptize at the river one young teen came forward to be saved and baptized so Pastor Dario led him to Christ.  David Lindsay and Dewayne Bell were asked to baptize the Children.  I was given the opportunity to baptize yet I yielded to Dewayne since I had preached a brief message the night before on Baptism out of Romans 6 and we prayed over each kid individually.  Dario said that the month of January 2019 has been the most baptisms he has ever remembered  since hosting mission groups.  I think these baptisms added up to over twenty so far in January.  A special thanks to Tim Smith our trip leader for diligently planning all year long; as well as our brother Gary Lively helping us along the way.   Team Members that participated:  Tim Smith, David Trapp, Mario Venzor, Jennifer Teal, Hannah Teal, Makayla Boyte, John McCormick, Dewayne Bell, David Lindsay, Hannah Bass and Whit Bass.   Below are some upcoming mission trip dates and other pics taken while on the trip.

PAIN HEALINGS

DAY 1

Estimated at least 60 were healed of some form of pain.

First Crusade Night – Estimating around 40 were healed of some type of pain in their body.

DAY 3

Our prayer ministry at the altar lasted somewhere in the neighborhood of one and 1/2 hour or two hours. The people came constantly for prayer. Like a steady stream. As many were being healed they were going into their neighborhood leaving the church to go find and bring in there sick friends or family members. Some came for prayer and stood in place of their family members that could not be there. I’m going to say we prayed for somewhere in the neighborhood of 75 to 100 people at the Altar and God touched every single one that we prayed for. Most were healings while some were deliverances. Some of the pain healings were of a demonic nature. The reason I know this is whenever I would pray for someone with pain sometimes the pain would move from one place in the body to another place. Holy Spirit made me aware that this is an indicator to pray again and I commanded pain to leave and the spirit of infirmity would go.

We saw many healed in their back, knees, elbows, stomach problems, chest pains, and more. They would move, jump and dance from their healings. The sick with coughs and flu like symptoms were touched as well.

Over 200 couples counseled and none have divorced. Michael has merged his own material with Jerry’s material to create the marital material for couples for the local pastors of Meru (pronounce MAY-RU.

At the end of the service Mike invited any who needed prayer to come for salvation. All professed to know Christ at this mtg. He then began to share a word for any with pain in their right knee to be healed. He spoke that word and some were healed immediately. He then gave a word to a young lady “Grace” wearing a bright red shirt. He told her that the Lord had shown him she had been holding back from being used by Christ. She came forward and he instructed her to Shadow / follow Whit to pray for others to be healed. Whit coached her on how to pray short command prayers for pain to leave, infirmities to be gone, to be healed in Jesus Name. We saw 2 ladies healed of muteness and Deafness. The First Lady has one ear that did not completely heal but other ear opened completely and was able to make a strong vocal sound. The first one healed of deaf and mute prayed for the second to be healed and God healed her FULLY. Pastor Alice prayed for eyesight to open and sight was fully restored. Person wasn’t completely blind but could not see well even with glasses. Many many pain Healing’s took place. (estimating 60 or so) and the young lady in Red - Grace was in the middle of it all. Hannah led worship before and during the healing portion. A powerful presence and atmosphere was available to all today at the community Christ church in Meru!!! The 2nd lady healed of muteness and hearing danced a victory dance!!!! It was Beautiful!!!!

Crusade - Open Air. Maybe 150 in attendance. Hannah Bass sang and ushered in an atmosphere. Whit Bass preached a short msg on the Kingdom and shared some of Hannahs testimony. Michael Clark did an outstanding job drawing the net for the Kenyan people to respond. The atmosphere being outdoors was more challenging. Mike compelled them to come for prayer. We finally got a break through. Pls pray that the atmosphere tmrw night to be more heavenly!!’ More souls.

Probably prayed for around 40 to be healed of either pain or delivered of demonic. Maybe 2-3 demonic instances. We had one salvation that I know of

Pls pray that tmrw night we see a harvest of souls. People are so receptive.

Our waitress Christine allowed us (Whit and Pastor Carol - from Kenya- to pray for her healing of a collar bone that never healed right from a car accident. Constant pain. We prayed and immediate improvement from pain took place right there in the restaurant. She plans to attend the crusade. Believes in Jesus.

Very exciting first full day of Ministry. Long days. Pls pray we can get rest when we have opportunity. Much equipping being done - an effort to leave a deposit behind after we are gone.

DAY 2 in Meru Kenya Update!!

I (Whit) started the morning early sharing about our trip to the front desk receptionist whom I had not found to be overly friendly. After sharing with her while on the phone with Michelle about the miracles and healing she seemed interested. So I offered to pray for her. She had requested for prayer for her family. Mother, friend, etc. HL and I prayed with her and Michelle also by phone - she (receptionist) was receptive to want to attend church with us on Sunday. Her whole attitude changed after this. MUCH KINDER!!!

During Breakfast:

While ordering breakfast our server (Carolyn) a young lady who looked to be in her late teens. I asked Pastor Jeremiah to ask her if we could pray for her about any need in her life.

After Pastor Jeremiah spoke to her he turned to me and said she wants to accept Jesus as her Lord and Savior. So Pastor Jeremiah asked me to lead her into a Salvation prayer. Pastor Alice and Pastor Carolyn also joined in as we prayed with the Waitress - Carolyn - we then prayed for her to walk in resurrection Power. She received a touch from God powerfully in that moment. The Lord touched her as we shook under the power of HIS presence. She was moved. Pastor Alice gave waitress Carolyn a follow up discipleship booklet of how to grow as a new believer.

Womens Comference Day 2:

Jane Temple taught on Relationships - On the difference between men and women. She did a great job setting a tone for response time. Today’s altar call response was primarily for relationship healing, family healing. Approx 40-50 came for prayer. Each one waited as our team prayed with interpreters from Kenya. Our team - Kallie, Mike, Jane, Angie and Brother Doyle along with pastors Carol, Alice and Jeremiah also joined us to pray. Hannah sang over us during response time. “Grace” in Red from Kenya - showed up again and assisted Mike Clark praying with those in need. Mike found out that Grace is like an adopted child to our host pastor and she was not serving in the church until yesterday when she was able to see God use her to work miracles. The pastor of the church announced this morning that his daughter Grace has been forever changed and now she has a new life and desires to serve. We saw many hearts healed and changed. Pastor Alice daughter who is a 12 yr old - joined up with Angie to help interpret today. A big step. Kallie joined with me (Whit) and prayed for a lady’s back pain to leave. She saw the power of God at work.

Angie also began praying for others and I placed Joy “12 yr old dtr) of Pastor Alice to interpret for her.

At the end there was a lady demonized from witchcraft. We joined in to have her renounce the witchcraft spirit. We all celebrated as she found freedom today. Her face and countenance changed. She went from being stiff and manifesting to being relaxed and having much Joy.

Crusade:

(Neil Powers) perspective

Yesterday I was scheduled to preach at the crusade. Leading up to the time to preach it was a struggle to prepare. I was exhausted and struggled to get focused to preach. I was standing beside the stage moments before speaking and I felt very confused about what I was about to share. When I walked up the stage and spoke immediately a lady in the back started screaming and rolling on the ground manifesting a demon. I found out later someone on the team was ministering to her when I started to speak. I saw the entire audience immediately looking over to see what was happening. It was like I lost my audience for the moment. I kept preaching and such clarity came. I could feel the Lord speaking through me. In the end several came forward to accept Christ. The team was able to get the lady manifesting a demon free and she accepted Christ.

Michael Clark (Perspective)

Last night a young man approached me to ask if I would come with him. He said there was a woman in the back that wanted to accept Jesus. As I approached her she seemed serious and ready. I began to share with her about how much Jesus loves her and how valuable she is to him. She began to weep and as I continued she started passing out. I grabbed a young man to help catch her and I continued to pray. As I called on the power in Jesus name the lady immediately went into a very violent demonic out of control rage. A local pastor jumped in with me as the lady went to the ground, rolling in the dirt, screaming and speaking in demonic voices. After a lengthy fight the demons were hushed and we were able to get the lady out of the crowd to a safe place. Whit had jumped in to help and took over from here as I was grabbed again to pray for a young man with other issues. The young man was touched by God very shortly and I was able to rejoin Whit and a few others. In the end the lady was delivered from many demons, she found peace, she forgave people who had hurt her and she was very joyfully proclaiming Jesus as her Lord. We all praised Jesus for this awesome victory and loved on and prayed for many others. Wow, what a powerful day!

Whit and I are teamed up again this morning going to another church to usher in the awesome Holy Spirit power. Holy Spirit has been so very amazing every day in many, many ways.

(Whit’s Perspective) on the lady manifesting: I was at the front listening to Neil preach. The anointing was strong on him as he preached with such power and authority. I noticed however a crowd forming around a person far off in the distance. I felt led to walk over and see. What I discovered was an all out war of a young lady flailing around in the dirt with a number of pastors and our team battling to get her free. Bishop Jeremiah came and grabbed my hand to help. I began joining in. I felt the Holy Spirit impress to me.... get her off to the side away from the crowd. This is what we did. We bound the spirit and I began to speak to her. Once we reached two parked cars we stood in between them. I began to hug and told her we loved her. That God loved her. That he sent us all the way from America to show her how much she was loved. She began to weep and sobbed. I was dusty and sweaty from hugging her. Worth it all. I felt prompted to ask her if she needed to forgive anyone. SURE enough she had a HUGE mother wound and dealt with much hurt and pain. We were able to keep her manifestations under control while I led her to pray a prayer of forgiveness to her mother; prayed for specific healing to her emotional pain and trauma. She eventually was able to pray and receive Christ!!! A Beautiful Ending to a Crazy Beginning.

DAY 3 Morning Service

Michael Clark and I ministered. On this day Michael Clark and I were joined to go and Minister – preach, equip, encourage, exhort, and pray for the most vibrant church I’ve ever attended on foreign soil. Michael and I were both treated with such honor or you may say like royalty 🙂. Pastor Solomon and his nephew Ken picked Mike and I up at the hotel around 10 AM that morning. We drove for about 30 minutes outside of the city of Meru.

Upon arriving The small church structure seated somewhere between 150–200 people - The church looked to mirror most Third World country churches. Tin roof, Tin siding, dirt floors... but their people were so full of the love of Jesus they worshipped so exhilarating towards their father in heaven that I fell in love with these people immediately.

As we were escorted into the church building we were seated near the front and offered bottled water and Coca-Cola and Fanta sodas in a glass bottle...need I tell you they were good because they use real sugar 🙂

Before we ever preached a single word we admired and we were blown away by the dance of the children, teenagers, adults and the reverence of those preschool children that sat in line like little angels for at least four hours. We literally were in worship for four or 4 1/2 hours. Pastor Solomon introduced me to speak and then Michael came up after me to speak to the people. I preached a short message of maybe 25 minutes on the kingdom of God and on the word of salvation which in the Greek language is SOZO. That word is a comprehensive word for salvation. In Ephesians chapter 2 verse eight - the Scripture sstates it is by grace you have been saved. That word saved means (saved, healed, and delivered)! Unfortunately for so many years I only thought of or knew the term salvation as my ticket to heaven. The Lord has shown me over these past years that his picture of salvation is to make us whole and free and to send us to go and pray for others to be Saved, healed, and delivered so that they can do the same and advance his Kingdom and bring those in darkness into his marvelous light of eternal salvation but also an abundant life here on earth.

One young lady named Delinda was a beautiful African young lady who one would’ve never known was once demonically possessed. This church must’ve helped her by the grace of Jesus Christ to get her free of her demonic issues. She was now a leader in the church. I affirmed the people in leadership there that this is what the gospel of Jesus Christ truly looks like. (Saved healed and delivered) - And then I pointed out that in Isaiah 61 the exact passage that Jesus spoke in Luke chapter 4:18 set the captives free, heal the brokenhearted, give recovery of sight to the blind; This very message in Isaiah 61:4 is that those who were broken and wounded & captive were the ones who would rebuild the ruined cities and ancient ruins – you know.... those who will become the solution that were once the problem.

Keep in mind each time we preach we are having to use an interpreter for Swahili language of the African people. Then after I completed preaching Mike Clark was introduced and affirmed the people greatly.

Michael has a very strong gift to encourage others while unlocking their potential to be more than they could ever hope or imagine. Michael also preached a short message as well. His topic was on Legacy, Kingdom, power and he pointed out the importance of how the church we were speaking at appeared to be doing a great work to leave behind a great legacy from a great lineage of Jesus followers.

Michael also has a great gift for calling the people into an altar response time. The people readily responded to receive prayer for healing and deliverance. Michael sensed that many needed prayer for healing in their back so those were the first ones he called forward. What we noticed was that in this atmosphere of Gods glory many who came for prayer were being healed in their back before we ever prayed for them. We were both astounded at what God was doing. An atmosphere of EXPECTANCY. We then moved into praying for each person who came for different needs. Pastor Solomon was my interpreter while Michael used Pastor Solomon‘s nephew Ken to help him. What I love about what Michael did was that he encouraged ken to do all the praying while he coached him through. Michael sensed a strong calling on Ken to be a future pastor and felt he was to bring him in from being nominally involved to participating in the church to becoming a future pastor. This fit Michael’s message of legacy. Equipping. Not that we come into town, pray for everyone to be touched and then leave but that we are constantly instructing the people they can do it too. I would pray a prayer over each one after they had been touched by God to walk in resurrection power (Luke 24:49) and boldness and go and do likewise – heal the sick - cast out devils - be bold.

For each person that I prayed with there was not a single time that each person was not touched by the Lord in some measure of healing forbtheir pain or of their demonic oppression they were under.

Some of the healings that stood out in my mind :

One lady who was elderly and was very limited as to what she could do in her body because of the pain in her feet and legs - Once the Lord touched her she began to dance her little victory dance and I just watched in wonder at her freedom and her joy of what the Lord had done in her life. Watching an Elderly woman Dance and testify to the church what the Lord had done with no inhibitions was REFRESHING.

EYE-SIGHT: Another lady came for Prayer who could not see. I’m not sure what her level of sight was but Pastor Solomon told me she needed prayer for her eyesight. I have to be honest. My eyesight is terrible. This was the one time that I actually felt a little unsure in my own faith for this prayer request since I don’t have good eyesight myself. I know that may seem unspiritual but just being honest... but that’s the thought that ran through my head. Gloriously the Lord touched her eyes and she also was healed in her eyesight and then testified of the MIRACLE of how God healed her.

Another young man I prayed for who had very limited abilities with his body movements and looked to have some form of epilepsy... He danced differently from all the other children and teenagers. He stood out. But not in a way that most of us would say was a good way. But Mike and I watched him more than all the others because we were taken back by his heart and his zeal to dance even though his dancing was different because he was limited. In America we would call him disabled or someone with a disability. I had the privilege to pray for him and as I prayed for him he manifested demonically... stiffened up and began to drool saliva. He began to sweat profusely as God was touching him. But God touched him and it was so beautiful!!

Holy Spirit made me aware that this is an indicator to pray again and I commanded pain to leave and the spirit of infirmity to go.

Michael Clarke’s perspective:

Michael prayed for a lady with a lady with epilepsy who was obviously having issues. After praying for her she began to smile and the countenance on her face changed. She went from having a look of confusion and depression to being happy and free. As Holy Spirit obviously was touching her she said she felt like she was falling joyfully.

We saw many healed in their back, knees, elbows, stomock problems, chest pains, and more. They would move, jump and dance from their healings. The sick with coughs and flu like symptoms were touched as well.

2 LOCAL TESTIMONIES FROM MERU

Picture was taken of some of the women preparing a meal for us pastors during the conference:

Below are two email testimonies. There are grammatical errors in the first email from Pastor Paul but when you read it you know it’s authentic: The first is an email from Pastor Paul who served as Pastor of the church where the women’s Conference took place. He gave a report of what he saw take place during the meetings along with a testimony from Carolyn he mentions in his report.

Hello praise the Lord pastor Whit Bass.Am well and blessed of the Lord.It was a great blessings to meet.I can say without any contradiction that You were the right people to come to Meru at this time.I praise God and I thank God our bishop ambrose for sending you to us.May Almighty God bless you for you obeyed His voice.

This the update of the great mission held in Meru from 23rd-26th August 2018.

We started to experience God was speaking when pastor Michael Clark was ministering through the word of knowledge and he spoke many things unknown to him but evident in many people's life.Especially when he was led to speak a word of know to one of us Grace Mumbua who since that day her life has been changed completely. She has never served as a praise leader before but today she is doing very well you may think she is used to do that. Also she was almost yo give up, she thought nobody loves or cares about her on this earth apart from due to what she has been going through in life since the death of her parents. She was waiting her sister to finish school this November and then she go to a place unknown to her bit Pst Whit Bass showed her love and gave her hope and she was transformed and changed now she feels to serve God is her time.

Another person was Caroline.Caroline is our youth pastor. She gave herself that week to serve women who had come for the conference by cooking and preparing tea and water to bath. She did it well and with a lot passion She couldn't attend the conference because she thought it is just for the married and she is not. When she was given a chance to interpret for Pst Neil and HuffMan on Saturday, that's when she started feeling physically weak but for inside her some powerful was developing she felt to cry still interpreting and people thought she was afraid the American English. On Sunday she served together with Papa Doyle, she interpreted for hi. And this has brought a great change in her life. She rejuvenated, as Grace she also was desperate with life, being and orphan and taking care of four siblings and without a jo b is so much stressing. And she has been praying to God just to take her home(heaven). But since Sunday she has repenting and trusting God for the upkeep of her siblings.

There was this young who going home after work.He was not aware of the meetings but as he was taking a motorbike to him home, he heard Hannah Bass sing....(I forgot the song about how great the name of Jesus is) and decided to go and listen. he said that as Hannah was singing that song he saw as if Jesus was standind on the right side of Hannah nodding His head and the young man just found himself crying. He came to the church on Sunday and committed himself to become a member of this church.May the Lord bless Hannah. She is young but she is serious with what she is doing. Very humble and divinely connected.

Women were so much by the ministries of Pst Jane,Angie and Kalllie.God bless these great women of God.

And of course I cannot forget the powerful and impacting ministry of papa Doyle in our service he preached powerfully and released inspiring revelation of Gods wors This man is full if Gods wisdom and anointing.

On Sunday, the church was full.No empty seat,no empty space.People and testified that they heard of us on the crusade. And many came because they got saved on the crusade and others because of the miracles they received.

The meetings were full of signs, miracles and wonders. We will miss a visitation like this.

The Lord bless this wonderful team.

NAIROBI AND SOME OTHER MERU REPORTS ALL TOGETHER IN ONE REPORT:

This video captures a moment when were in Meru Kenya. In this church we saw the Heavens open. Those dancing in this clip are teens. If you look closely you will see preschool age children sitting reverently over on the far side. I was most impressed by the church by each age participating in worship. The Heavens opened in this church. Pastor Solomon has outgrown his church structure. Dirt floors, NO A/C, No programs... Just stripped down dependence on the Lord and worshipping him!!!

The girl dressed in red was once demonically possessed and now dances freely to the Lord!!!

Scroll down to view video....

Here is an additional long post report from pieces of Nairobi and Meru from myself and other team members.

Mike Clark Reporting in First portion:

Meru the first day:

After the crusade that same night there were lots of children playing in front of the stage. There was a very small boy who walked out of the crowd right up to me with his hand out as if to say "help me". I took him by the hand as he was trying to tell me something which I could not understand. As we rounded the outskirts of the crowd the first person I saw was a young lady named Grace “one I had spoken a word into wearing the bright Red dress) who I had met earlier at the church conference. When I told her I wanted to help this little boy she seemed confused as to why and how. I asked her what was this boy trying to tell me. He only spoke Swahili. She told me he was saying "I want to go to school.” My heart leaped as I heard the Lord say "I have a calling on this boys Life"! It was like an adrenalin rush in my spirit!

I knew I had to do something so this boy would grow up knowing Jesus as his Lord! Once again I heard Holy Spirit say "Paul". This was the name of the local pastor who I met earlier that day so I asked Grace if she would find Paul and bring him to me. Within a few moments I found Paul. I explained the situation and Paul also looked puzzled as to why. Paul spoke with the boy and found this boys mother had died; the boys father has a new woman and they kicked the boy out of their home to the streets. I gave Paul some money and asked if he could take care of the boy who now I know as KEVIN. Paul agreed to try to help but this was illegal to take in children that were not yours. He took the boy home, Paul's wife cleaned him up noticing he was very malnutritioned and gave him food. Kevin ate as if he was starving and slept the entire night. After a few days Paul took Kevin to the authorities. There they located the dad, checked out the story to find that it was true. They found a grandmother for Kevin to live with but God was not done. The authorities deemed Pastor Paul as Kevin's overseer from now on giving Paul the power to watch over Kevin.

Now Paul checks on Kevin's living conditions, gets to be Kevin's overseer and Kevin is now enrolled in school. I was informed Kevin is 8 yrs old but he is the size of a 5 yr old, his head is proportionally large for his body size and his hair is bown where it should be black. This is all due to a life of malnutrition. Now our Father has miraculously placed a Godly man to be Paul's guide to his calling in Jesus!!!

Nairobi: Michael Clark Perspective…

Our first night Whit and I were invited to Jeremiah's church for a foot washing ceremony. We washed the “about to be ordained” new Pastors feet. We were able to pray over them amd their spouses and prophecy to them.

I heard Holy Spirit speak to me saying "Cause multiplication in the church. If you will provide the chairs, I will fill them". The following day God provided a time so I asked the pastor about how many seats his church owned. He said 50. Immediately I heard double it! I told Jeremiah I would purchase him another 50 chairs. GOD was about to double the size of his congregation. Brother Doyle was there listening and spoke up. Wait he said, "I want in on this as well. I will buy an additional 50 chairs". Right there God took what he showed me to multiply and multiplied it again. We were told the chairs would be $740 to buy 100 chairs and have them delivered. When Whit found out he pitched in $100 towards the chairs and Doyle & I covered the rest. Two days later I was able to meet with a young man from the church who helped me with the purchase. He took the money to the "Chair Factory" where he placed the order. The following day when I met with the pastor again he was so excited. He told me when the truck arrived at his church it delivered 150 chairs! God miraculously multiplied the chairs again. So many chairs the entire church was filled to capacity. The following day (Saturday) there was a service to ordain 5 new pastors. As the service got started we noticed there was not an empty seat in the house and people were standing outside. What a miracle! The church had prepared to serve everyone lunch that day. They had a few trays of rice, vegetables, along with a stew. Obviously it was going to be very close to feed 200 people! As they started to feed the people the line grew since the church was adjacently located along the 2nd largest slum in Nairobi. By the end of the food they fed over 300 adults and 150 children. God even multiplied the food!!!

The following day for the Sunday morning service once again all the chairs were filled to overflowing! God did a mighty work.

On Thursday we had a leadership conference to teach but the people at Bishop Ambrose church had many struggles. Only a few attended and arrived very late. We noticed there was a deep spirit of confusion. As I consulted Pastor Jeremiah the Lord spoke to me and said "tell Jeremiah i see his heart and I'm about to promote him in my kingdom". After I delivered the message Jeremiah was excited but neither of us new what would happen. The following day Brother Doyle called a meeting with local pastors. There he announced to the pastors that Jeremiah was about to start his promotion to the office of Bishop. The following day at the new pastors ceremony it was announced this promotion was taking place. What a faithful God we serve!

Team Report written and constructed by many team members Nairobi.

Pastor Alice and Pastor Jeremiah were very helpful to coordinate the 2 crusades in Meru and Nairobi: Arranging transportation, lodging, and driving us in their own personal vehicles, as well as scheduling us where and when we would speak.

Thursday Crusade - 4 salvations
Roadside vendor whose stand was by the crusade got saved. HL Huffman had spoken to him while setting up the stage and was excited about finding the Lord. His name is Dennis. He returned all 4 nights of the crusade even on his day off. Angie Volentine prayed with Madalia a 5 yr old girl who came to worship alone. Each night she returned bringing more and more family and friends with her to worship and praise the Lord.

Wednesday Evening: Michael Clark, HL Huffman and I (Whit Bass) participated in the foot washing for pastors awaiting Ordination. We were involved in washing the feet of the pastors and their spouse together in Pastor Jeremiah's church adjacent to the slum ( Mukuru - Kwajenga) Slum. (2nd Largest Slum in Nairobi and 3rd largest slum in the Continent of Africa). In this slum the local pastor said the average income per adult was $1 per day. Steve Bellant Prayed an impartation of prophetic worship to be given for the Nairobi Kenyan worship team at Pastor Jeremiah’s church.

Friday Leadership Training:

Steve and Whit taught the leadership on Leadership principles as well as Teaching on each spiritual gift - from the original language. We then prayed for the Holy Spirit to empower the leaders with the spiritual gifts needed for each one. Those in attendance were hungry for this empowering and gifting provided by Holy Spirit.

Friday Night Crusade

Neil Powers preached a strong and clear msg on a night where many of the team were coming up against some confusion that we felt was stemming from the leadership in Nairobi. Many of our team did not make it on time for the crusade. Mike and Whit were praying for a break in the confusion operations among two of the Nairobi team leaders which pulled most of our team away. Neil Powers did an outstanding job preaching in spite of the lack of support given from our team.

Saturday Ordination:

There was a Young man named Mike who shared at Jeremiah’s home Monday night about attending Ordination service and feeling different. He said he didn’t understand what ordination meant until the participation of wearing the robe. He was told prior to the Ordination that a woman saw him wearing him a robe (prior to being ordained). He was very encouraged to be newly ordained and felt a new zeal to serve the Lord.

Bishop Nick and Pastor Jeremiah were very helpful in leading the Ordination Service along with Pastor Mike and Doyle Volentine as the Archbishop (the people there held Doyle in very high regard).

Saturday Crusade - 4 salvations

A toddler was brought forward for prayer. The Toddler Could not walk - was (lame) and could not hold its head up. Angie, Jane and Alice asked me to come over and help them pray for the child. We prayed earnestly for healing. Alice was walking the child by holding the child up under its arms. The child (Sharon) was crying out loudly as if we were hurting her. As I began praying for the child I felt surges of energy flowing through me. Gods power was moving. At the end of the night the child was moving her feet. I felt the legs of the child and they had no muscle. Very soft.

By the next morning the mother brought her child to the church where Mike and I ministered and the child was standing / leaning with assistance from the mother. The Child looked much better. We also got a report that the mother told us she had been having nightmares. After receiving Christ as her Savior she said she slept all night with the best night of sleep and that the child had also struggled to sleep through the night and also slept well.

Sunday Morning Mike and Whit ministered together again as well as Hannah leading some of the worship.

3 of the 4 who were saved Saturday evening at the crusade attended the Sunday AM services. We were able to minister encouragement to those 3 new believers. We prayed for them to be endued with power. The message to those in attendance was to go and tell and go and do likewise. A very strong KINGDOM MSG.

After the AM service we were fed a meal. After our meal Hamnah spent time with a young African teen “Tresa”. Hannah led Tresa to Christ after the worship service. They were both filled with Joy.

Sunday Morning:

Doyle Volentine prayed for approximately 400 children, youth, adults, and many leaders with special needs. A very powerful day of worship where the 150 new chairs were purchased.

Crusade Sunday Evening: The young girl who asked me to dance with her asked for a doll. So Hannah and I and Pastor Paul walked about 1/4 of a mile to go to a department store. The little girl walked straight to the doll and found exactly what she wanted. She was thrilled over her new gift to say the least.

For the Sun evening crusade HL Huffman and Doyle Volentine preached for the evening crusade. They both preached a Simple and easy to understand msg that covered the gospel as well as encouragement for the Kenyans to receive prayer for any needs in their life or family members.

On this night the local Kenyan pastors joined us - (the American team) to assist in prayer for those in need.

3 were led to Christ by Mike Clark at the crusade as Joseph (one of the 4 new converts from the night before) was bringing lost people to Mike to pray for.

Joseph also brought a man addicted to alcohol to me (Whit) to for prayer. We prayed for the friend. The friend told Joseph that his ears opened up and that his hearing was much better. I’m Not sure how bad his hearing was but the young man mentioned that after we laid hands on him in prayer he could now hear clearly. We were not even aware of a hearing problem...

Monday Hannah was able to minister and pray for a wizard selling items at his shop in Nairobi.

Steven Bellant Reporting: We named Jerimiah’s van “Baalam’s donkey”. On the way to Meru, the van kept breaking down. Each spot we broke down, God poured out His anointing. First spot, was late at night in the mountains. Everyone in the van locked the doors because four young men approached our van. but I saw a light shining on one of the men. I got out and began praying power over them.

The last mountain pass before Meru, we broke down and a territorial demon approached the vehicle. Two of us prayed for the man. He was filled with many spirits. We tried to leave and I heard bang which tore off the Skid plate. While the Kenyans were tying up the skid plate, I prayed for the man again. Others say he was shaking and convulsing.

On morning of day off, we went to repair shop. Prayed for several young men.

One afternoon, we attempted to drive to mount Kenya. Broke down next to brand new BMW. Prayed for four young Catholic men who had never received the Holy Spirit. They were filled with a double portion. I asked one young man if he had been having dreams and visions. He said that he had been and did not know why. His name was Daniel.

Last day in Nairobi, we got stuck in traffic next to Parliament for 45 minutes. Jerimiah shut engine off. God put on my heart to pray for Kenya government. But we waited for 40 minutes. Then Mike prayed. Towards the end of the prayer, a gentle cool breeze blew through cabin. When Mike said amen, traffic began flowing.

PASTOR TRAINING OLANCHITO HONDURAS TRIP 2018

Mission Trip Report from Olanchito Honduras Mission Trip Pastor Training JANUARY 2018 - This account written by Whit Bass with the help of other team members.  A special thank you to Dwayne Bell for help with editing.

THURSDAY JAN 11 -  Our Team visited the Olanchito Prison - Hannah led worship in Espanol to the prisoners - and the tangible Presence of the Lord was felt by the team and seemingly spell bound inmates.  Whit preached a very brief message on the Demonstration of the Kingdom of God.  There were 2 prisoners that came forward and surrendered their life to Christ - Pastor Dario appealed to the prisoners after Whit preached to make a decision. A few other prisoners came forward to the altar for prayer for freedom and deliverance of drugs and alcohol  and prayer for healing of epilepsy.  Our team which consisted of Tim Smith, Gary Lively, Kevin Nugent, Jay Warford, Dwayne Bell, Jennifer Neal and Hannah and Whit Bass each were engaged throughout the week in praying for many in need.  Katie Souza Materials and books along with other biblical materials such as Bibles in Spanish, food, books for the leaders, tooth brushes and tooth paste were handed out to the prison inmates.

(SPECIAL THANKS TO KEVIN NUGENT AND SHEILA NUGENT FOR BINDING THE BOOKS; HAVING THEM TRANSLATED INTO SPANISH AND PROVIDING THE CURRICULUM FOR THE PASTORS)

Later that day Hannah sang at the park and ministered with Giovanni from Honduras.  Pastor Dario contacted the TV station and they came out to video Hannah sing in Espnaol and share her testimony. She then prayed for the TV reporter interviewing her -  he has a sister that also cuts herself.  Hannah prayed over this situation in private for the reporter but then for the people of Olanchito while the Interview was being filmed.  The program AIRED later that evening.

Then at night Hannah led worship for the CR service at Dario's church.  Gary Lively preached a strong msg and Kevin Nugent followed with a testimony and msg. Both did an outstanding job preaching and teaching.  Out of this service a Grandmother was moved to reach out to Kevin Nugent the next day for prayer for her Grandson Daniel who has been living in Rebellion.  (MORE TO COME ON THIS STORY LATER IN THIS ACCOUNT).

Second day in Honduras - FRIDAY -  We began our pastor training conference today on the attributes of God. Tim Smith read a letter from Robert Lindsay to Pastor Dario and the other pastors receiving training encouraging them to press on.  Pastor Robert started the PASTORTRAINING CONFERENCE at Olanchito and LAID THE GROUNDWORK AND FOUNDATION for men whom he has discipled such as Gary Lively and Tim Smith to lead.  Dario was emotional after the letter was read and after the time of worship.  The Letter was very well received.  The Pastors of Honduras hold Robert in Great Esteem which is very evident.

We then went to the village of Capucales del Norte.  Hannah Bass shared her testimony of RESCUE and then led worship - Most of the worship was led in Espanol and some in English. Jennifer Neal had been praying for a young lady by the name of Carmen for over a year and a half since a prior trip there in Honduras.  The Lord impressed on Jennifer that today was the day for Carmen to receive Christ as Savior.  Hannah was drawn to Carmen to speak a word over her before Jennifer Neal had an opportunity to visit with Carmen.  Hannah told Carmen in Espanol.... "Aqui"....Which means HERE...  "The Time is Now" ...   Jennifer Neal and Giovanni would soon after this word from Hannah lead Carmen to faith in Jesus Christ.  This was a beautiful picture of PERSEVERANCE and WAITING on Jennifer Neal's behalf to keep believing.  Jennifer was afraid she may never have another chance to see Carmen after receiving the news that XMA MISSION AGENCY pulled out of Olanchito this past year - that no more trips would be taken there.  Jennifer spoke a word directly to ROBERT LINDSAY thanking him for having the VISION and FORESIGHT to begin the PASTOR TRAINING in 2002.  She said that had Pastor Robert not been involved with setting up this trip with Randy White that she may never had gotten the opportunity to lead Carmen to Christ after waiting over a year and a half.  This was a BEAUTIFUL MOMENT.

Then when we returned to the pastor training conference – We had a time of worship and more testimony. I felt LED and IMPRESSED by the HOLY SPIRIT at the end of the meeting to charge and challenge the pastors with a message about a Kingdom Gospel that encompasses HEALING and DELIVERING the person as a WHOLE after Salvation takes place as the beginning portion of the Gospel - ISAIAH 61 / LUKE 4:17-19.  I called for the pastors and their wives to come to the ALTAR for prayer.  I then asked our TEAM to lay hands on the pastors to pray that they be EMPOWERED and ENDUED with POWER OF THE RESURRECTION  - That the HOLY SPIRIT IMPART Gifts of SIGNS, WONDERS, AND MIRACLES and any gift of the Holy Spirit to be passed on to each pastor. We then began praying for healings.

A pastor with back pain felt back pain leave immediately after we prayed over him.  Many lives were touched and encouraged to take the Kingdom Gospel msg forward to pass on what they received. There was a pastor that shook all over under the power of the Holy Spirit.  His name was pastor Marrel.  I asked him to join me to pray for Paator Carlos that had 3 different ailments.  Knee Pain, Ongoing Headaches, and a Heart Condition.  The Power of God hit Pastor Carlos and he was immediately relieved of all pain.  We will not know about Heart Condition healing until there is time to see.  He was so moved by what he witnessed that he wanted our team to visit his church in his community before we were all to leave the country.  Other prayers for healing that our ENTIRE TEAM ENGAGED IN TO PRAY INCLUDED:  PRAYER for  - Arthritis and Gastro Stomach Problems, headaches for men and women with headache w/vision effected.  Each person that had pain in their body FRIDAY NIGHT RECEIVED IMMEDIATE RELIEF.  We also prayed for Jennifer Neal this Night.  Jennifer had been told by doctors that she has a MASS on her Trachea.  We all gathered around Jennifer to pray for her healing.  She felt a strong impression from the Lord that she heard "It's Clear"...  We continue to pray with and for Jennifer who lives in Oak Grove area to be COMPLETELY HEALED.  PLEASE JOIN WITH US IN THIS PRAYER.  She reports back to the doctor on March 16th for a SCAN to see what her condition may be...

SATURDAY - The grandmother - Ms Vicky - that approached Kevin Nugent after he shared at the Celebrate Recovery Service at Dario's Church approached Kevin to see if he would pray with her concerning her grandson Daniel.  So, Kevin and I visited with her.  We listened to her concerns about her grandson Daniel living in rebellion and hanging around the wrong crowd.  She was DESPERATE for GOD to move on her GRANDSON.  Kevin and I held her hand and prayed for Daniel and for Vicky.  Kevin Nugent Wept over this situation.  We felt as if we had actually touched the HEART OF GOD for Daniel.  We told Vicki that if she could bring Daniel to Church Sunday night - that we would pray with and meet with Daniel.  I don't think Kevin or I (Whit) actually had tons of Faith that this would actually take place... BUT... We did see Daniel Sunday Evening...

SATURDAY - Pastor Marrel - Sat across the dinner table from Tim Smith and Gary Lively and myself.  I asked him why he was trmebling the evening before when we prayed for pastors. He said that he began manifesting in that way after he fasted and prayed for 3 days for someone needing deliverance. After he led the person into freedom from bondage the Lord began flowing thru him with Power in a strong capacity. Tim and Gary and I prayed over him even more and Pastor Marrel was LIT UP in the POWER of the Holy Spirit.  He looked as if he were a LIVE ELECTRICAL WIRE going off ... It was a beautiful sight.  We just prayed and sang over him and I specifically remember asking the Lord to BAPTIZE HIM in MORE POWER AND ENDUEMENT.  It was a MEMORY I will never forget.

SATURDAY EVENING - Missionary Randy White was HONORED for his years of service to the Hondurans.  This was a beautiful and meaningful time.  Randy was moved by words of kindness spoken to him from Pastor Dario and Pastor Carlos who was once a Whiskey / Still Producer in his village... But by Randy and Mission Teams visiting his Village he would soon come to Christ especially after a team member died on their way to Pastor Carlos' Village to share the Gospel with them... This moment left such an impression with Carlos that he soon surrendered his own life to PREACH THE GOSPEL...

SUNDAY - Some of our Team visited La Balsa - Where Pastor Carlos MINISTERS...  This is a very difficult stretch to TREK down the mountain.  We actually got stuck in a 4 x 4 truck leaving the village. Upon arrival to the village we soon moved over the local church sanctuary building that was beautifully constructed by an American Mission Team out of FBC Rayville I think.

Again, there was ministry that took place - Songs sang and led by Hannah Bass and Giovanni and Marilyn - we soon moved into a time of prayer to minister to the many in La Balsa... Randy White got up to let the people know how much he loved them and that he may never be back to see them... We then moved into a time of prayer:

There was a lady with epilepsy that came for prayer to be healed.  We then prayed for 2 boys to be baptized... To be SET APART for the Lord.  Randy White prayed for Carlos' Son...

We also prayed for those with knee pain, a baby with fever... We probably prayed for about 15 or so people to be healed.  Again, no one that was in pain left with pain that we knew of that received prayer. One man who had experienced head surgery and had been having pain - left feeling better.  We prayed for a Child with bronchitis  2 baby's with fever were also prayed over.  Our entire team took part in these prayers for healing and freedom that were in attendance at La Balsa.  Jay Warford, Tim Smith, Jennifer Neal, Hannah Bass, Dwayne Bell and Whit Bass.  One other interesting moment was when I asked Carlos the local pastor to pray for one of his own members to be healed and / or free of pain.  He did do this and this is exactly what we wanted to do.  To allow them to take part and see the POWER OF GOD work through them just as strongly as he does through us!!!  This is what TRUE DISCIPLESHIP AND EQUIPPING looks like.

SUNDAY EVENING - At Pastor Dario's church our team met up and had the opportunity to meet with DANIEL...Grandson of Vicky that I mentioned earlier.  Here are a few other team members account of Daniel encountering Holy Spirit below.

Dwayne Bell's Summary of what took place that Sunday Evening:

[I'll start my impressions below, but I'm reminded that it really started with Kevin a day or two earlier when he connected spiritually with the grandmother. Then the desire seemingly started to grow in her (or desperation ) to have her grandson delivered and believed we could pray to that end with success?]

Sunday night our team, one-by-one, but rather quickly, were summoned into the CR room beside the main meeting room, as the main meeting was beginning, to pray for Daniel, his mother, his grandmother, and his brother -- the focus being Daniel, and the plea for prayer from the grand mother.

Daniel has lately struggled with rebellion, bad friends, and being held back two years in school for bad behavior.

[1] Seemed to me after we all knew what the problem was and heard the grandmother pour out her heart with Daniel standing there reasonably emotionless...

[2] We all, as one circled him and his family, with Tim giving voice, to what I was thinking (probably all of us?), "What do you think about what your grandmother just said? Do you want help, or to change?"

[3] Immediately, he took 2-3 quick steps to his grandmother and embraced her for a long time with tears? Apparently broken and desiring to repent or change his path!

[4] My impression was that the Holy Spirit in each of us circling him, already in silent or low volume prayer, ushered in the Spirit and drove the darkness away, so that he could and wanted to act. To change his ways. To express his sadness for hurting the ones he loved.

[5] There was much prayer going on from the team, and perhaps from the family as they embraced, sobbing, for a long time... the services next door fully underway...

[6] Whit suggested (a great suggestion and just what I was feeling needed to happen) that the men of the team pray for him and speak words to him from the Lord or the Father's heart

[7] Mine went something like this: (a) You're young, but you're a man, and you know it. (b) You're a leader of men too, and you know it. (c) You're wondering how you can make this change you've voiced and shown us you want to make? (d) There are people standing all round you praying for you now that have been in prison and in addiction. They have been set free and helped by the Holy Spirit, and now can see, think, and act clearly -- with courage. (e) You can too, and be successful with the help of the same Holy Spirit. (f) Now I charge you like David did his son Solomon when he was to become king in his father's place, "Now show yourself a man!" (g) You can, and I pray for you that you will do it! (h) Blessings from Him. I love you.

[8] Then I hugged him tight and held him for several moments.

I think Tim followed me and I heard a good bit of what he said and it was great! I'm sure each man was given something from the Lord to share and pray that was great!!  I think Tim's prayer later on that God give him a strong father figure that would "stand toe-to-toe with him in guidance and accountability, in love," was a great prayer and one we all need to stand anew together again in agreement--

Tim Smiths response about our ministry tiMe to Daniel:

Tim Smith's Summary of what took place that Sunday Evening:

I was very neutral walking into the situation not having knowledge of backdrop details, only snippets of observations and overheard comments. My first impression of Daniel was that of an angry little thug. But, I also thought he must have felt awkward while his grandmother was giving us a summary of his behavior in his hearing and us talking around him. At the moment my thinking was of information gathering only when asking him “what he thought of his grandmother’s comments?” to which he replied “I’m feeling very anxious”. Then when asked “If he was interested in changing the course of his life?”....he broke into his grandmother’s arms! While at the time my questions seemed only interrogatory, in hindsight, given their effect I think maybe those questions were orchestrated by The Holy Spirit. Then as I had been praying prior to our trip for us to operate in unison according to our spiritual giftings, one by one Daniel was ministered to according to The Holy Spirit’s directed Breeze. When I was praying for him, a similar aura fell over me to that of when praying over my grandson Trenton on his 13th BD. In that room it felt as if we were engulfed in God’s Glory Cloud! Later that evening at the alter I felt prompted to pray again over Daniel for a godly Father figure to enter his life to mentor, mold, coach and rebuke. Having now written this, I’m feeling compelled to continue lifting Daniel in prayer and looking forward to learning of his progress.

Peace,

Tim Smith

Jay Warford's Summary of what took place that Sunday Evening:

Hi Whit;

It seemed like I witnessed an avalanche of love and sorrow as he (Daniel) launched into his grandmothers arms after Tim prompted him with a simple question. He badly wanted to reconcile with her.

What hit me personally was this young man shared the same age and name as my son back home and my heart went out to him. I told him what I'd hope someone would tell my son if he went astray and I wasn't around to help him.

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,” declares the Lord , “and will bring you back from captivity."

Jeremiah 29:11‭-‬14a NIV

I told him God loved him, we loved him and God's pleasure was on him. To me, it was very evident. I'm looking forward to seeing how God works in his life!

Thanks for letting me share,

Jay Warford

Pastor Training Report by Kevin Nugent:

Whit,

I’d like to also add a section regarding the Pastor Training Conference – The Pastor Training Conference was a success and was received

completely by all the Pastors. The feedback from the Pastors was all positive and encouraging. They were engaged, they were participating

and reading the material as we were teaching. We were all in agreement that the study literature, books & study guides, we gave them would

be tools they could continue to use in their villages and share with other members within their villages. The teachings would be an on-going

study as they could read and work in them over and over again. We left them with scripture references to different questions for each chapter

of the book so they could go back and identify each Attribute within God’s Word. They are hungry for more of the Lord and eager to learn.

We encouraged them Sunday morning as we passed out their certificates that we wanted to hear testimonies when we come back next year

of how these materials have impacted your villages and how the people have grown in their walks with the Lord!

 God is so good,

Kevin Nugent

NICARAGUAN MISSION TRIP REPORT    JUNE 9, 2017

MONDAY - We went to a private school on Monday evening. Hannah led worship and Erica McNease shared her testimony.  Our first outing was a tough crowd since we saw no visible response.  We know and believe that seeds were planted.  Erica is a dear and eternal friend of ours that we shared about in one of our stories recently entitled, "From the Prison Cell to the Mission Field."

TUESDAY our team went out first thing that morning to serve by taking baby gift packs to the hospital in Ocotal Nicaragua. Hannah, Erica and Jackie were able to hand many packs to many of the young mothers there. Rayland, Hannah, Jackie, Erica and I were also able to pray for one of the ladies who had cancer for healing.

Later that same day our team visited a transition home for ladies with newborn babies. We ministered to a lady who was a dwarf who did not know Christ. Rayland began to share the gospel with this lady. Our interpreter Heidel took an espanol Gideon's Bible and continued sharing the gospel with this lady. She decided to trust in Jesus as her Savior. This was a powerful moment as it was our first convert.  We were also able to pray that her baby be dedicated to the service of the Lord.

Then on the same day our team had the opportunity to sing and share a brief testimony about what Celebrate Recovery is all about as well as Jackie Wood sharing her testimony to be recorded for a local sports channel that was broadcasted out to reach 60,000 potential viewers. Hannah was able to lead five different songs during this recording and the sports caster recording us made a comment after he heard someone say the guitar sounded really good – he said "it's the person playing the guitar that makes the guitar sound really good".  Rayland also gave a summary about Celebrate Recovery - Jackie shared her story of encounter with the Lord from hopelessness to hope in Jesus.  We are hopeful that this msg was received by many.

WEDNESDAY morning (which I later discovered was the day of Pentecost on the Hebraic Calendar by Susan Jones) our team went to go and eat breakfast - Hannah looked at me across the table while we were eating and said "I feel pain in my neck"  and she pointed to the side of her neck.  I told her to just wait until we finished eating breakfast and then we would look into it. I went and spoke to Heidal the interpreter and I asked him if he would go and ask any of the workers that worked at the restaurant if anyone had pain in their neck. He agreed to do this. He went and spoke to the different workers and two of the ladies the owner and her sister have been having pain in their neck. The lady who owned the restaurant said that her neck had been hurting her for about 1 year now.  This step of faith allowed our team to demonstrate to the KINGDOM of GOD here on earth as in Heaven to these local missionaries.  We checked back with the restaurant owner the next day or so and she said that while she was preparing a chicken to cook that she felt all the pain leave her neck.

OUR FIRST ASSIGNMENT ON WEDNESDAY:  Luz and Saida both received Christ today as Savior. We visited the Program of Hope and Life home for High Risk Teens where violence and potential sexual abuse has been taking place.  Luz (means Light) is a 13-year-old teenage girl.  Today as we arrived all the other students had been called out to court. So there was only one child teen here -  luz. It was obvious that the Lord wanted it this way. We were able to share the love of Christ with her. Hannah shared how she had gone through difficult times in her own life. Then Hannah sang two songs to her along with our group. Luz was moved with compassion.  She surrendered her life today to receive Christ. After she received Christ I asked if I could walk over and lay hands on her. Our whole team surrounded her as we proclaimed and declared the freedom that Jesus brings through his blood, his resurrection power and his name. I canceled curses adn assignments over her life as well as any generational bloodline curses.  We prayed for Luz to be clothed and endued with POWER from on High - Luke 24:49.  Before our team arrived Seida and the other worker had prayed for Luz. Seida said she was moved with a burning in her heart yet an emptiness all at the same time. Little did we know that the Holy Spirit would move on Seida's heart that she needed to receive Jesus Christ also as her Savior. Our team leader Terry Parks was moved with tears when he looked to the Volunteer Adult and asked if she fully knew Jesus as her Savior. With tears Seida responded that she needed Jesus and we all were able to pray for her and lead her to Christ.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT CHURCH SERVICE we implemented a Celebrate Recovery Program:

Earlier in the service the children were gathered in the back of the church where the entrance of the church is located. They were getting louder and louder as the service went on probably for 30 minutes - it was very loud and disruptive.  The Pastor stood up from the front row of the church and walked to the back of the church to try and get the children to quiet down and they did momentarily but then they got loud again and the pastor eventually walked back into church and sat down midway into the sanctuary against the wall. I felt led to pray a prayer that the Lord send Angels to quieten the children. The results were immediate. The children got quiet and still within seconds of that prayer. Jackie was able to share her testimony with no distractions. Even when people who were passing on the outside of the church that were loud would quieten down - I prayed and ask the Lord to quieten the people and they would get quiet immediately.  This truly AMAZED me how the Lord gave us this type AUTHORITY over all distractions this night.

As the testimony would close we had an Altar time.  At the beginning of the altar time, I felt led to go and pray for the pastor of the church while he was standing to receive his congregation. I felt like I needed to pray for him to be clothed and endued with power in order to be able to equip his people for the Celebrate Recovery Program. As soon as I prayed for him it was as if a dam broke.  We then prayed for a man who needed healing from acid reflux and whose son had a drug addiction.  Then another lady prayed to receive Christ as Savior - So after praying and receiving Christ, Rayland Trisler called me back to where she was located to pray for her to be healed in her back from pain and also from knee pain. We prayed and God immediately took away her pain.  We also prayed for what looked to be a teenage girls mother who suffered from dizziness and other health problems. We prayed with a teen for her mother who suffers from dizziness and arthritic pain and the teen was moved to tears.  We then prayed with three young girls all appearing to be preteen. All three girls prayed to receive Christ led by Heidel our interpreter. One of the girls was moved to tears because she was concerned about her mother who is sick with arthritis and other health problems. So we prayed for the Lord to touch her mother and heal her as well but the mother was not present.   The Spirit of the Lord was powerfully moving throughout the church this night. We felt led to leave one of our guitars with the local pastor. He was very very encouraged and excited to receive the guitar.  I later discovered by Susan Jones that this day - Tuesday Night - Wednesday Night was Pentecost - A day where we saw these 6 salvations, Authority to see immediate shift in the atmosphere - one from Disruption and Unrest - to Peace, Healings and Salvation.

On THURSDAY morning we visited another school. Hannah was asked to share her testimony. We ministered to the children that were at a higher risk. We had a large classroom full of students. Hannah led worship. She then began to share her story. The kids were somewhat resistant at first. Then they began to soften up as the testimony continued and then I finished up the testimony of Hannah's story of freedom and deliverance. I shared some of the specific details of the demonic leaving Hannah when I prayed prayers of freedom for Hannah.  The students and adults were visibly moved.  I called for any who wanted to follow Jesus to stand.  No one stood. It appeared that no one would respond.

The principal then brought in one of their students with two other singers that sang and played guitar to show our group that the Nicaraguan people could sing and play as well.   Before we left I felt led to pray for the principal and all of the teachers. The Principal called all the teachers forward for prayer as our team surrounded them. This opened up the door for the Lord to move in with Power. Some were moved to tears. This opened the door for students to receive prayer at this point from our Mission Team. The teachers began bringing groups of students up for prayer. We prayed for about 30 students that were in groups of 8 to 10 at a time. Hannah spoke words over one entire group saying she saw each one doing a specific thing - dancers, missionaries, etc.

We went back to the Teen home that we visited yesterday where Luz was located. Today all the youth were there back from court. There was a very hard shell around the hearts of the young men - It was difficult to get them to open up and receive. Hannah led worship and shared her testimony. Before Hannah began to share her testimony Rayland walked over and we allowed a girl who is deaf and mute to touch the guitar while Hannah was singing and playing guitar. The girl commented through sign language that she could feel God's presence and could hear some while Hannah was playing the guitar. We prayed for the Lord to touch her ears and heal her speech. We asked her if she could hear any better at all and she said "piquito" which means a little bit. We continued to pray and we will continue to pray for God to fully heal her ears and speech. Hannah gave a word to one of the young men who visibly seemed to be the most resistant. Her word to him was that he would be used by God to pray for others on the streets that God had big plans for him.

THURSDAY NIGHT we visited another church in order to implement the celebrate recovery program. The church was filled with children and a few women and men. It appeared that the night would be harder than what we expected.  After Hannah led worship - Rayland gave an overview of the CR Program. Erica Shared her testimony - then we opened up the altar. No one came forward in the beginning. I asked the Pastor if there was anyone who needed prayer in his congregation and he took me to a man who was addicted to crack cocaine in the very back of the church. We spoke with him and led him to Christ and we also led him through some prayers to renounce a spirit bondage and the specific bondage of crack cocaine.  This man's wife was not a Christian - I had visited with her before speaking to her husband and she said that she was not yet ready to receive Christ as her Savior yet.   I had spoken to her before I spoke to him about accepting Jesus Christ and while I was leading her husband to Christ, there was a lady who began to confess her sins at the front of the church. I heard her cry out to the Lord loudly.    She was so overcome and overwhelmed by God's presence that she fell out according to Rayland Trisler.  Later after the lady fell out I heard my name called out by Rayland to come pray for a little girl who was deaf and mute.  We gathered around the young girl and prayed for her but did not see the healing for her in that moment.

On Friday Morning we gave the other guitar made available by Curt Eberts and some of our other Men of Covenant Life Fellowship to the church where the missionaries attend. They each know how to play te guitar.

JUNE 25-JULY 2     2016               MISSION TRIP TO HONDURAS

Hannah and I had the opportunity to travel and minister together for the first time out of the country together.  This trip was one to remember.  We ministered each day in a different village through music, testimonies shared, distributing clothing, and prayers were offered on behalf of the Honduran people.  In one village in particular, we witnessed some amazing miracles!  I had been to Honduras two other times over the years, but had never experienced some of the things that took place on this trip!

In one particular village, we witnessed the type of miracles that we read about in the New Testament.  There was a young teen girl who was healed from being mute and deaf her whole life. What is of interest in this situation is that I had prayed for this teen girl before the worship service started and nothing happened.  We then had our worship and testimonial share time, and then Pastor Dario called for everyone to come forward and receive prayer for any prayer needs the people needed.  The first lady I prayed for could not hear and my interpreter Helen communicated to me this need.  We prayed for the elderly lady who could not hear.  I then asked Helen to ask her if she could hear.  I was SHOCKED when Helen looked at me with a HUGE SMILE and said that the lady could now hear.  I just began to laugh out loud.  I couldn’t believe what I had heard, but I remembered praying for the young teen girl who was mute and deaf.  Not long after this lady received her healing, someone brought to me the same teen girl who was mute and deaf.  I felt it would be good to ask the elderly lady who was healed of her hearing loss to pray for the young teen.

The elderly lady who was healed then herself prayed for the young teen that was mute and deaf.  The young girl was healed right there immediately.   Then about 5 minutes passed and the young teen girl was brought back to us for more prayer after she had a bizarre counter attack and lost her sight temporarily. We believed the attack was of a witchcraft nature. We then prayed for her eyesight to come back.  The young teen girl went out for a bit like a corpse. When she came back she had her sight back.  This obviously brought great relief.

There was also a young teen girl who had a tumor on her ankle that came for prayer. She said she had pain from the tumor. We prayed for the pain in the ankle to leave and it did. The tumor also shrank at that very moment of prayer according to the girl that received prayer.  Then on the last night of worship at Pastor Dario’s church in Olanchito, there was an elderly man that received his sight after 10 years of sight loss.   Bill Feazel and I prayed with him and Helen my interpreter also was able to pray for a few people that same night.  She also witnessed healings of pain removal at Pastor Dario's church.  The GLORY of God was witnessed by all those few days in Honduras.  I will never forget how God used each of us to minister to the beautiful people of Honduras.

 PERU MISSION TRIP 2016

Rick Gonzales requested that Hannah and I travel with him to Puerto Bermudez, Peru to minister to two villages that he has developed relationship with the past 10 years.   The first village we ministered to was known as Milargo.  These precious people didn’t have very much.  In our first visit to this village we gathered a list of needs that these village people had such as food, rice, cooking oil, clothing, soap for washing clothing, toys, etc.  These needs were very similar for both villages.

There were four people in the village of Milargo that accepted Christ as their Savior.  There were 2 or 3 that we prayed for that had pain in their bodies due to some type of physical illness.  We prayed for each one and witnessed immediate relief of the pain in their body.

In the second village known as San Pedro we also witnessed a healing of pain in a young man who had severe pain from lifting a very heavy item.  We were able to witness immediate relief in this man as well.  Another interesting opportunity we were given while we visited this village was that Hannah had an open door to sing and play her guitar to the entire school in this village.  The children were so excited to watch someone play a guitar and sing.  Mr. Rick said Hannah was likely the first person that these villagers had ever seen to sing and play guitar in their village.  The entire school heard the gospel presented to them by Hannah and Mr. Rick on that day.  We were each in awe of how God used this time to touch each child.  Mr. Rick was very helpful to translate Hannah’s songs to the Peruvian people.

Then each night when we returned back to the small town of Puerto Bermudez, we had the opportunity to minister to the young teens in the town park.  Mr. Rick believes that many of these teens struggle with a homosexual lifestyle.  It certainly appeared to us that many of these teens were in same gender relationships. Hannah was able to minister to many of these teens through the playing of her guitar and singing.  We were also able to pray over some of these teen couples of the same gender that stood around us while she sang to them.  Mr. Rick helped Hannah by translating to the teens her song lyrics in their native language.  Please pray for the teens of Puerto Bermudez to walk in purity and a saving knowledge of Christ.

Hannah and I also were able to deliver a guitar that had been purchased by different men in the Monroe area for the sole purpose of finding someone in Peru to take the guitar and learn it in order to become a worship leader.  One young fellow by the name of David would be the person we felt led to leave the guitar.  His father James already showed some basic knowledge of the guitar and David himself picked up the guitar and started strumming it with interest in learning one evening in between Hannah’s playing and singing to the teens. David’s family in Puerto Bermudez runs a local restaurant there and the family desires to see something different within the local church.  I encouraged the family to become and start a ministry that doesn’t already exist – basically to become the answer to their prayers.  Please continue to pray for these precious people.
